Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and floors(i.e. below the base course of the flooring) using cement, 40mm. Size crusher broken H.G.Metal and screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry inclduign hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level, ramming,watering and curing etc. completek to required levels, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,royalities and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work including shoring,shuttering anddewatering(if required)including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash Brick Masonry in Cement Mortar (1:4) using clamp burnt bricks (25 Cm. x 12Cm. x 8Cm.) in foundation and plinth.

Providing 12mm. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing 16mm. Thick cement plaster in cement mortar or mix(1:6) in all floors at all height with cement & screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of the brick masonary walls after racking out the joints (alongwith providing grooves wherever necessary) including watering and curing,rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalities and taxes of all materials,cost of all labour,T&P, and scaffolding required for the work etc. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Cement washing 1coat (Per 1 Sqm)

Distempering two coats to inside walls with approved make distemper of approved shed on new work to give an even shed including cost of all materials with taxes, all labour, scaffoldings, sundries T&P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge as per approved specification.

Painting two coats with any approved colour of weather seal coat to out side surface of wall in Ground Floor

Dismantaling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Supplying and fixing MS doors and windows including cost conveyance taxes etc. complete.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-plasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA/ NCL VEKA LTD) Casement Door - 60-. Painting two coat with approved synthetic enamel paint to new wood & iron work including cost, conveyances, royalties of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of Granite Tiles of minimum Above 0.40 sqm. (20mm thick) of approved make in floors laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with slurry including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for the work all complete incl. rubbing as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge
