Reworking the scarified BT surface after suplimenting the base materials with sand & rolling with PRR including all cost complete as per direction of Engineer in charge

Providing 75mm. compacted thickness of WBM metalling with following size of metal including quarrying, collecting, conveying & stacking at work site or at approved stacking yard beyond the trafficable berm of approved quality from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials cost of T&P articles required for the work, labour charges for conveying from stacks & spreading & laying metal of all sizes in layers to proper camber & grade including hand packing & compacting with PRR, Labour charges for conveying moorum from stacks, filling the interstics spreading the same over the metalled surface in required quantities, watering, including carriage of water for consolidating with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machineries etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge a). WBM Grade.II

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (M.S) including cleaning the existing granular base surface , removal of binding materials with wire brushes etc. including cost conveyanc, royality and taxes of all materials labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen of 80/100 grade grade @0.2 / 0.4kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface / bitumenous surface cleaning with hydraulic brooms including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour with articles required for the work T&P etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 20mm thick Open Graded Premix Carpet using 13.2mm to 5.6mm size C.B.H.G. stone aggregates using mini Hot mix Plant over prepared surface using a total quantity of 14.6 kgs of 80/100 grade Bitumen per 10.0Sqm and compacting with 8 -10T power road roller including hire & running charges of PRR, T&P, cost conveyance royality & taxes of all materials,labour charges for cleaning the surface spreading laying and cambering premix carpet for finished item of work etc.complete as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying 6mm thick pre-coated seal coat type-B using 0.06cum of 6.7mm size C.B.H.G.chips as per sieve analysis & 6.8kg of 80/100 grade bitumen per 10sqm including hire and running charges of PRR, Hot mix plant, tar boiler & all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
