Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40mm size clean hard black granite crusher broken metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials with all& royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with neCessaryprojections, chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc, complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with alland Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Superstructure plinth using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials & labour required for the work with all& royalties with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. RCC work of grade M-20 having a minimum compressive strength in work text of 200Kg/cm2 in15cm cubesat 28daysafter mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary including cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,and royalties of all materials and labour required for the worketc, complete with all T&P and Cessin all respect but execludingcost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 cm (1") artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) laid to proper slope using 12mm (1/2") size crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering laying & compacting concrete etc, watering curing cost & conveyance of all materials && Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges etc. with all labour T&P and Cess required for the work complete including side shuttering in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm (3/4") thick cement plaster with cement mortar (1:6) to stone masonary after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with allRoyalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls two coats with any approved weather coat paint of approved quality & shade on new work with priming one coat to give an even shade with brush to interior walls surface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with CESS etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls suraface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Priming one coat with any approved oil bound primer over plaster surface including cost of primer withsand papering, polishing the surface in all respectwith cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

M. S Pannelled Door single leaved shutter with M.S frame Over alll size frame- 1980mm (H) x 1070 mm (W) made out of the following materials conforming to relevant Indian Standard specification. Frame -35x35x6mm M.S angle, shutter style- Top & Bottom rail 25x25x3mm MS angle, Door pannel-1.0mm C.R , sheet. pannel stiffener covering width of each leaf- 19x5mm, MS Flats 3nos on each leaf. Painting two coats with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer on iron including sand papering, polishing the surface, cost, conveyances of all materials and cost of all labour etc, complete as per specification & direction of E.I.C.
