Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2") size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm (1/2") size clean crusher broken grantie chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and levelling in position to required level including frame work where neCessary ramming and levelling cruing dewatering with cost conveyanceand Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges labour of all materials including hire and running charges of machineries T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to ceilling of roof lintel and chajjas after chipping and chiselling the same and clearing the surface by wire brush finished smooth watering and curing for 7 days including cost,conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P & Cess required for the work withand Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges etc complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work ofproportion(1:1:5:3) using 12mm size hard black crusherbroken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth to recieve painting or white or colour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary with cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges andof all materials and labour with T&P Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charge for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and laying the grills and placing in proper position etc complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge For Foundation base & footing

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification. Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance &of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&Prequired for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm conforming to 13756 ofsize 60Cm x 60Cm plain (Ivory) in floor with applicationof polymer modified quick set cement based water resistant adhesive conforming IS:15477 of 10 mm thick bed and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cwith cost, conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess &T &P etcrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing fixing vetrified tile of premium grade fixing in dadoos skriting and rises of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles includingpolishing complete including cost of pre cast tiles watering & curing for 7 days with cost conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges andof all materials & labour T&P with Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect and surface finishing with polishing materials as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Chequred tiles in floors, treads of on 25mm th bed of cement mortar (1:1) (1 cement:1 sand) joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rubbing, polishing including cost of tiles, with cost, conveyance,Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges ,of all materials & labour T&P and Cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting two coats with any approved paint to new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint withsand papering, polishing the surface in all respectwith cost, conveyance and , Cess of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of EIC.

Distempering one coats with distemperr to the wall surface with any approved shadeincluding cost of distemper with cost of allmaterials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting one coats with any approved paint to old work including cost of the paint withsand papering, polishing the surface in all respectwith cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall surface one coats with any approved water proofing cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Laying of Heavy duty factory made hydrualically pressed and mechanically compacted free cast interlocking approved brand pavers of 80mm thick coral shaped on preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and levelling laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
