Cement concrete 1:3:6 with 4cm. size crusher broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & laying in position in layers not exceeding 15cm. thick with proper packing & ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope & level including curing, dewatering, shoring, shuttering if necessary at the time of laying concrete with cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all materials required for the work including supplying & working of pumps & all other materials required for the work, T&P articles finishing the exposed surface smooth as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in -Charge, providing grooves & beads where necessary etc. complete in all respect.

Cement concrete of (M-15) having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 20 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vibrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of typical BSY informatory sign board with Logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with MS angle iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 nos. 75mm x 75 mm of 12 SWG sheet tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm of 12 SWG steel plate tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing .

Clearing and grubbing road land including rank vegitation, grass, bushes, shrubs, sapplings and trees girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 KMs spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular subbase Grading-III material as per table 400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with ibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H pecifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing 75mm. compacting thickness metalling with following size of metal including quarrying, collecting, conveying & stacking at work site or at approved stacking yard beyond the trafficable berms for premeasurement of hard stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for conveying from stacks,stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard spreading & laying metal of all sizes in layers to proper camber & grade including hand packing & compacting with PRR conveying moorum from stacks,filling the interstics spreading the same over the metalled surface in required quantities watering,including carriage of water consolidating with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machineries cost & conveyance of water T&P articles excluding the cost of metal & moorum required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (measurement will not be taken for quantity of filler materials, compacted thickness to be measured as 75mm. thick)

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Collecting, Supplying and laying of 20 mm thick Pre Mix Carpet including Labour using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg.penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR , bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T & P articles etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for laying 6mm thick Precoated Seal coat type B using 0.06cum of 06 mm size and down graded as per sieve analysis and 6.80kg of bitumen per 10sqm and applying tack coat 2kg of bitumen for 10sqm including hire and running charges of P.R.R. Hot mix plant tar boiler, cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in Charge.

Providing laying grannular sub base using good laterite moorum with admixture of sand including & laying spreading in uniform layers watering & compacting with 8-10 tonn PRR including cost, conveyance, royality & all other taxesof materials, labour, T & P etc. required for the work complete.

Supplying, Transporting and fixing Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) Circular Guard Posts (Size 0.15m dia at bottom & 0.10 M dia at Top of 1.20 m long) of standard design fixed in position including finishing and painting etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
