Construction of granular sub-base by providing close grade granular sub-base grading-III material as per table-100-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MOSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridges work.

Scarifying the exiisting bituminous surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lead and lift upto 1000m as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in all kind of soil within 50mm initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing the widening portion as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadum specification including premixing the materils with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed materials to work site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density as epr Clause-406 of MOSRTH specification for Road & Bridge works.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion [SS-1] on prepared surface of Granular base including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.70kg/ 1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for laying 25mm thick semi dence bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant by transporting to the hot mix work site laying with a hydrostatic sensor paver finisor to the required grade, level and allignment as per clause 508 of MORTH specification for the road & bridge works (4th revision) but excluding cost & conveyance of bitumen and stone aggregates.

Filling in foundation trenches with approved quality of sand as per clause 1108, 305.3.9 & 1200 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe (NP3) for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation,protection works,backfilling, concrete and masonry work in head wall and parapets as per Clause 1106 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the worketc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete (nominal mix 1:2.5:5) M-15 in in substructure complete as per Clauses 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, centering and shuttering,taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm and using plastisizer as approved, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, primer, sealant on the joint as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per clause 1501 of MORD specification for rural roads including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415) complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clauses 1000,1200 as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing Weepholes in brick masonry / stone masonry, plain / reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall etc.all complete as per Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 of MORD specification for Rural roads and as per direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Providing retro-reflectorised cautionary, Mandatory and Informatory sign boards as per IRC. 67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause no. 801.3 fixed over aluminium sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 x 75mm x 6mm size as per approved drawing as per clause no.801.08 of MoRT&H specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge
