Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2") size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with all& royalties and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation using-fly ash-brick of 25cm X 12cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all& royalties with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

RCC of M-25 of controlled quality having minimum cube strength of 250 Kg/cm2 of 150 mm cubes at 28days with hard crusher broken granite chips of 20mm size and down graded consistence with strength and cover of concrete of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers to the required thickness and compacting each layers by means of vibrator as per direction of Engineer in charge including watering with cost and carriage of water, curing and steel shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves and beads where necessary with working of pumps and other T&P machineries as may be required for the work including cost, conveyance, royalty taxes etc, of all materials required for the work with cess etc complete in all respect excluding cost conveyance of MS/TS rods labour for straightening cutting bending binding and tying the grills and placing in propore position as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. Fly Ash Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick for six hours in water before use in Superstructure with good quality of fly ash. brick of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having compressive strength not less than 35Kg. Per Sqcm. Including splays cutting, circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections chamfering curbelling including watering and curing etc. complete including cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , royalties & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all , royalties & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make conforming to IS:13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement:4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials labour T &P etc required for the work all complete as per direction ofEngineer-In-Charge. (For New work Only)

Providing and fixing Vertified tiles in dados, skirtings and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position well dressed and well seasoned sal wood work framed and fixed (wrought and put up) in choukaths for doors, windows and ventilators including cost of iron work and coal taring 2 coats to wall side faces of choukaths including cost of coaltar, cutting grooves and mending to sizes where neCessary with cost and conveyance royalities andof all materials and labour, Cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of M.S. gate as per approved design including cost of all materials complete

Supplying and fitting-fixing of Un-plasticised poly vinyl chloride (UPVC) (FENESTA / NCL / VEKA LTD.). Three track -Three panel sliding window-60-series duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of 108mmx45mmx2.5mm of outer frames and window sash of 39 mmx58mmx2.5mm capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanised up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.5 mm prefabricated and welded through fushion welding the window frame shall be fitted with 6mm thick clear touchenced glass of SAINT -GOBAIN make duly fixed with EPDM wheathering seal resistance and the system is to be installed using Unreinforced large coupler at the site using anchoner fasteners, silicon rubber sealant , easy glazing/deglazing at site etc, including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories , labour charges, materials and product confirming to ASTM D 638 -14, EN-477-95 and other applicable codes and standards.

Priming one coat with any approved (water bound) primer over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materialslabour T&P with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of Soundproof wall Paneling including all cost of materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. . as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls suraface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. . as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm (1/2") size clean crusher broken grantie chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and levelling in position to required level including frame work where neCessary ramming and levelling cruing dewatering with cost conveyanceand royalties labour of all materials including hire and running charges of machineries T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to Iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceiling with Aluminum anodised T section No.3215 with 2'-0" center to center, L section No. 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x2'-0" suspended from ceiling including including cost or materials all labour with T&P & Cess required for the work etc as per direction of EIC.

Supplying and fixing of 80 mm thick cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-40 grade of approved make, design, colour and size designed by block making machinewith proper compactionlaid in required pattern with cost of all labour materials etc complete as per the direction of Engg in Charge.

Providing fitting and fixing of flush door out of 32mm thick FRP block board including of all fittings and including cost and convaynce of all materials to site, and all labour Charges complete as per direction of E.IC.
