Providing granular sub-base using sand,gravel or moorun of approved quality from approved quarry with cost conveyance, royalty, taxes including admixing of sand & moorum as per requirement, laying, spreading in uniform layers, watering and compacting with 8- including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, royalities, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of Panelled cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 Cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures in all types of soil as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305 and 1104 of MoRD includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto all lead & lift, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with excavated suitable material upto 3mt. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing well compacted drainage layer above the subgrade of roadwork with approved quality of dust free washed coarse to medium sand as per Clauses 5.8 and 6.6 of SP:20-2002. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete M10 for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clause 800,1100,1200 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete M15 in sub-structure complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Clauses 800,1200 and as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification Clauses 614, 709, 1204 and as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing of informatory sign board with two No M.S.Post of angle 50x50x6 of 2.45Mtr,frame of 40x40x6 MS angle for 1.6mm thick M.S.sheet of size(1.0x0.60)Sqm with back support by 25x6 mm M.S.flat in bothway,excavation of base of size 300x300x600mm,filled with M-20 CC,keeping the post 150mm above excavation level,painting the board with two coats of SE paint over a coat of primer,lettering as per requirement complete in all shape including cost of all labour,T&P,materials,royalty etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Conveying from stacks spreading moorum on road surface watering and rolling with PRR etc with all cost conveyance royalty, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Part-III (Periodic Renewal)

Providing & applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.2kg / sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom etc. complete to shape as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying semi-dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hours using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5 per cent of mix and fillter, transporting the bot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H Specifications complete in all respection etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge
