RCC work of M-20 grade in the Structural building works using 20mm to 10mm down graded hard black granite Crusher broken aggregates of approved quality from approved quarry using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips including hoisting,lowering laying and compacting concrete by using vibrator with watering and curing for 28 days centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beds whereever necessay including cost conveyance,royalties and all taxes of all materials and cost of all labour with T&P required for the work etc.complete in all respect but excluding cost of M.S.Rods or Tor Steel and binding wires and labour charge for bending binding and tying the grills etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Including Cess.)

Straightening cutting, bending bent up or coiled rods, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour with all T&P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of side hung door of approved make to be febricted from roll formed sections made of prepainted steel ( base steel as per IS - 513 of 6mm thick "D" quality, galvanized as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 gm / sqm) with paint specification being with primer of 5-7 mocrons and finished paint with polyster paint (Black/Pearl white/ Chocolate brown) of 12 - 16 microns along with the alkyd backer at the back of 5-7 microns and the sizes of outer frame being of 46 x 52mm and shutter being of 46 x 46mm and lock rail and bottom rail should of 23 x 130mm. Accessories / gaskets are to be used as per the manufactures supp;y and specification like handle and lock of approved quality. Hinges made up of 2.50mm thick. Gasket will be made of EPDM. All corner brackets are to be made of CRCA with zinc phosphating. The sections are to be cut to length, mitre joined with corner bracket and frame are fixed to concrete / masonary walls by means of self expanding screws and board to be of 9mm pre-laminated with all taxes complete.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside smooth surface of brick walls after raking out the joints including watering and curing with the cost and conveyance of all materials, Royalty, cess and labour with T&P required for the work as directed by the EIC.

Distempering two-coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade including all cost, conveyance, labour, T&P, Cess etc., required for the work complete including cess as directed by the E.I.C.

Finishing wall with two coats of weather coat approved shade on new work two coats, over a coat of priming, to give an even shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all the materials required for the work and labour, T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two-coats with any approved enamel paint over one coat primer including all cost, conveyance,tax, cess of all materials, labour, T&P etc., required for the work as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
