R.C.C. work in grade M20 having a minimum compressive strength work test of 200 Kg./cm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 20 mm size down graded (20 mm not to exceed 25%) hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc of the M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wire tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works and for providing cost, conveyance of M.S. rod or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour, labour cess with T & P required for the work etc complete in all floors (Weight of binding wires and lapping & wastage of rod will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of actual length of M.S. rods or Tor steel only.)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed , plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with cement @ 400 kg per cum coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a Concrete Mixer as per approved mix design ,transported to site , spread , compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction , expansion, construction and longitudinal joint , joint filler , separation membren ,selant primer ,joint sealant ,debonding strip ,dowel bar ,tie rod ,admixture as approved ,curing compound ,finishing to line and grade as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 & Clause 602 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
