Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete M-15 nominal mix in Substructure of CD work using 40 mm to 10mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curring as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and as per Section 1700 & 2100 and other relevant sections/clauses of specification for road & bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways ( 5th revision ) including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, labour welfare cess, royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete wearing coat M-30 grade(design mix) excluding reinforcement in Box culvert using concrete mixture with 10mm to 20mm size crushed stone aggregate and as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and as per section 1500, 1700 & 2700 and other relevant sections/clauses of specification for road & bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways ( 5th revision ) including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, labour welfare cess, royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Supplying, fitting and placing Steel reinforcement for foundation Raft, Box wall, Deck slab , Road kerb & Wing walls using HYSD bars as per approved drawing and technical specifications and as per Section No.1600 of Specification for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways including cost of all materials,(excluding cost of steel) labour, T&P taxes, royalty etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonary/ Plain Reinforcement concrete abutment, wing wall/return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full with of the structure with slope of IV:20H towards drawing foce complete as per drawing and Technical Specification and as per section 2700 of MoRT&H specification including cost of all materials, labour, T&P taxes, royalty etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Metal spall backing in the rear sie of abutments and wing walls as per Technical Specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways(5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc. complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Gravel backing to approns and revetments with good quality moorum/sand and moorum admixture satisfying Liquid limit below 25 and P.I. Value within 6 as per approved drawing with cost,conveyance, royalty , taxes of all materials , all labour, T&P sundries complete as per spcification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in approns and revetments with hard granite stone 30cm and above size per approved drawing with cost,conveyance, royalty , taxes of all materials , all labour, T&P sundries complete as per spcification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Drainage spouts not less than 100mm dia and shall be corrosive resistant material such as galvanized steel with suitable cleanout fixtures and specing shall not exceeeding 10m. complete as per drawing and section 2705 of MoRT&H specification with cost,conveyance, royalty , taxes of all materials , all labour, T&P sundries complete as per spcification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforced Cement concrete Crash barrier at the edges of the road, approaches to bridge structures and medians, constructed with M-30 grade concrete with HYSD reinforcement conforming to IRC:21 and dowel bars 25mm dia 450mm long of expansion joints filled with pre moulded asphalt filler board, keyed to the structure on which it is built and installed as per design and drawing of MoRT&H spcificaiton with cost,conveyance, royalty , taxes of all materials , all labour, T&P sundries complete as per spcification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement painting 2 coats over a coat of cement wash of approved paint for finished item of work including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Synthetic Enamel painting 2 coats over a coat of primer of approved paint on new concrete surfaces including cost of all materials, labour, conveyance, taxes, cess, tools and plants, etc., complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

APPROACH ROAD

Providing , laying, spreading and compacting graded crushed stone aggregate Granular Sub-base coarse graded materials (Gr-VI) mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401, Table-400-1 and section 900 and other relevant sections/ clauses of specification for Road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying , spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate as per Table 400-11 to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause No.406 and other relevant clauses of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revisioin) & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Primer coat with Bitumen emulsion( Medium Setting) on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.60Kg/sqm using mechanical means, as per clause No.502 and section 900 & other relevant clauses of Specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (5th Revision) complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion(Medium Setting) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of @ 0.25Kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous /granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause No.503 , Section 900 & other relevant clauses of Specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (5th Revision) complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 50mm dense graded bituminous macadam ( Grading-II) (For road work) with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of Grading-I premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 grade (VG-30) minimum @ 4.00 per cent of mix. transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver fiisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc. complete in all respect as per clause No.505 and other relevant clauses/ sections of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways(5th Revision) and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 30mm thick bituminous Concrete (Grade-II, 13mm nominal size ) with 100-120 TPH HMP producing an average output of 75 Tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bitumen VG-30 minimum @ 5.4 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with Hydrastic Paver Finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compacting as per MoRT&H specification clause to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause No.507 and section No.500 and 900 and other relevant sections/ clauses of specificaiton for road and bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (5th Revision) including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, labour, welfare cess, royalty etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound conforming to ASTM D36/BS-3262(Part-I),2.5mm thick for Road marking including reflecterising glass beads @250 grams per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalty etc complete in all respect as per Clause No.803 & other relevant clauses/sections of specification for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) of Ministry and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
