R.C.C. work of grade M20 having a minimum compressive strength work test of 200 Kg./cm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 20 mm size downgraded (20 mm not to exceed 25%) hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc of the M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wire tying the grills and placing in proper position.

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth using fly ash bricks of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq. cm including splays, cutting, circular mouldings, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect.

Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure using fly ash bricks of 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. per sq. cm including splays, cutting, circular mouldings, chamfering, corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections, watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect.

12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to outside brick walls after raking out the joint including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work with all royalties etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster of proportion (1:6) finished smooth to inside brick work after racking out joints including watering and curing, cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials with all labour, labour cess and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying of M.S Door, Window with grills, Grills, collapsible gates made out of M.S. Angle frame, M.S. Flat, M.S square bar etc of approved section & design, electrically welded properly with all necessary locking arrengement, and 1 coat red oxide primer including cost of all materials, labour T&P, carriage of materials to site etc. complete.

Distempering two coats to wall surface with any approved Distemper paint over a coat of water base cement primer of approved shade to give an even shade after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Wall Painting two coats with any approved weather coat paint over a coat of water base cement primer of approved shade on new work to give an even shade after cleaning surface including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P required for the work etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting two coats to work with approved enamel paints of approved colour, shade over a coat of primer including sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and of taxes of all materials and cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. complete in all floors

2.5 cm 1" thick artificial stone flooring with cement concrete (1:2:4) laid to proper slope in two layers bottom layer being 3/4" ( 20 mm) thick with 1/2" to 3/4" size downgraded hard crusher broken granite stone chips and top layer being 1/4" ( 6 mm) thick with 1/4" downgraded crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including rounding the corners including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, labour cess with T&P required for the work with royalties complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Iron work wrought and put up in trusses and providing and fixing in position M.S. plate, stiffner plate, MS angle, MS pipe etc. of approved make including cutting the same to proper size, welding, chamfering, hoisting, wrought and put up in position including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, labour cess, HRC of crane, sundries and T&P etc. require for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of 0.40mm thick Premium Al-Zn Colour coated sheet in roof including fixing of ridges, wind ties J.hooks G.I. and limpet washers, bolts and nuts drilling in wind ties with all labour, labour cess, T&P including cost of JSW sheet etc. complete but excluding cost of fittings as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar below 10" height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris with 50 m. lead including all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling A.C.C / G.C.I. sheet roofing after careful removal of the bolts and nuts including stacking the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m. lead including all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
