Box-Culvert Kerb / Deck Slab / Crash Barrier etc.

Providing and laying R.C.C M-30 grade in wearing coat including cost of steel reinforcement for finished item of work as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 1000, 1500,1600, 1700 & 2702 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in abutment, wing wall, retaining wall, toe wall and RCC drain etc with 100mm dia A.C. pipe as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 2200 & Clause 2706 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and shade over a coat of primer at any elevation on kerb, guard post and other structures etc for the finished item of work as per technical specifications complete in al lrespect as per Section 800 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting, bending, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing (if required) the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works and for providing cost, conveyance of M.S. rod or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour, labour cess with T & P required for the work etc complete in all floors (Weight of binding wires and lapping & wastage of rod will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of actual length of M.S. rods or Tor steel only.)

Providing and laying of filter media using 45mm size hand broken hard granite stone aggregates to the required thickness with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall of CD works to the full height compacted to a firm condition as per drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect satisfying the requirements laid down in Clause 2504.2.2 and Section 900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Granular Sub-base with Grading-VI stone screening materials as per Table 400-1 as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing dry lean cement concrete sub-base by with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to I:S 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm , aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 Kg/Cum, mixing in concrete mixers (Semi Mechanised method) transporting to work site, laying, spreading and compacting with PRR to the required thickness, finishing and curing as per approved drawing and specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 & Clause 601 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed , plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with cement @ 400 kg per cum coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a Concrete Mixer as per approved mix design ,transported to site , spread , compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction , expansion, construction and longitudinal joint , joint filler , separation membren ,selant primer ,joint sealant ,debonding strip ,dowel bar ,tie rod ,admixture as approved ,curing compound ,finishing to line and grade as per approved drawing and technical specification complete in all respect as per Section 900 & Clause 602 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing RCC columns, beams, slab, staircase, landing, lintels including stacking the materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m. lead including all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing all type of HUme Pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000 meters including earthwork and dismentaling of masonry works including T&P, sorting the dismentaled material, disposal of unserviceble material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 meters including all labour, labour cess, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
