Supplying all labour T&P, providing Flanged Joints conforming to IS : 3114-1994 to flanged cast iron pipes and fittings of the following nominal diameter inculding testing of joints, cost of bolts and nuts and rubber insertations as per specifications complete. 250mm Dia. MS Flange

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated Earth inluding watering and ramming. 250mm Dia. Pipes

Carriage of surplus earth by mechanical means with in 5Km Lead. 250mm Dia. Pipes

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost of all labour ,transportation , T&P etc all complete.

Supplying all materials, labour T&P for cement concrete in cement motor (1:3:6) with 40mm size HGCB metal including cost, royalty,carriage, taxes of all materials to the work site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer incharge. RCC Platform for 2 number 75 HP Motor Pump Base

Supplying all labour T&P and providing R.C.C work in C.C (1:1½:3) using 12mm size H.G.C.B chips including hoisting and laying the concrete with cost, conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials to work site etc all complete. RCC Platform for 2 number 75 HP Motor Pump Base

Supplying all labour T&P and cutting, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost of labour and M.S. rod with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge etc all complete.

Supplying all materials, labour T&P for Rigd. Smooth centring shuttring for RCC work with false work and dismentling after casting including cost, carriage, taxes of all materials to site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer- In-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm Size crusher broken hard Granite chips including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead,T & P etc all complete .

Flame cutting and facing of MS plate upto 8mm thick as per specification complete.

Providing joints by welding with two welding beads / pass,conforming to IS-816-1998 (Fillet weld) to MS pipes and fittings at site by using welding, generator including testing of joints, as per specification complete.

Providing & Fixing of 250 MM Dia. Cast Iron Foot Valve (PN-0.2) conforming to IS 4038 Flanged Joint (Make-Audco/VAG/Kirloskar)

Supplying, fitting, and fixing of XLPE 150sqmm Aluminium Armoured 3.5 core aluminium cable, Make : Havells/Finolex/Polycab

Supplying, fabricating, Fitting, Fixing inculding painting of MS Square Hollow section Pipe for construction of Shed and MS Channel for holding of Suction, Delivery pipe of Motor pump set and as per the direction of engineer in-charge in complete manner. Make : Jindal/Tata/Sail

Supplying, fabricating, Fitting, Fixing of 0.35mm thick roofing sheet and drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties including cost of materials, labour for fixing etc all complete for Shed. Make : Jindal/Tata/Bhushan

Design, Drawing, Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 1 number 75 HP VT pump set should be similar to existing installed pump set inculding cost of transportation to the site with prior submission and approval of pump performance Data sheet and curve with Pump GA Drawing, Installation over 16 meter Intake well & over existing RCC Base platform and all other ancilary work required as per the site condition with Testing and commissioning with authorised technician having Total Suspension Length inculding Strainer = 15.50 Meter with CI casing & stainless steel impeller assembly, 1.50 meter each MS column pipe (i.e. Transmission Bearing maximum span - 1.50 meter), Stainless steel Shaft, discharge header, MS Sole plate, companion flange having Discharge of 50 LPS at a Total Head of 71 Mtr. with Strainer inculding fittings etc. complete with one year free maintenance by agency and Submission of Testing and commissioning report with Authorised Service Engineer and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
