Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Electromagnetic flow meter (EMF) as per ISO-4064 for Raw/ Pure water with accuracy +/-0.5% of measured value & protection as per given specifications for size 100mm to 1000mm including sensor, transmitter ,surge arrestor, cable, GI duct of suitable size for 25 mtrs built in GSM/GPRS (with Simcard and its charges valid for 36 months) including the pipe cutting, levelling and installation of flow meter in the pipelines with necessary tool tackles, cranes including 36 months guarantee etc complete as may be required at site & based on technical specifications with mandatory accessories. 1) The sensor should be as per IP-68 protection & with flanges on PN 10 rating from CS-1 No. 2)The sensor coil housing shall be IP-68. This protected against external magnetic field. 3)The transmitter shall have one current 4mA-20 mA output. 4)The current output shall be galvancially / Optically isolated transients without damage it shall be fitted with switched mode power supply capability 85-260 V & 45-65 Hz to cope up with power transient without damage. 5)Signal & power cables shall be of 50 Mtrs length each. 6)Conduit pipe (PVC Plumbing schedule 25mm diameter with suitable rating of cable with digging, laying & concealed the duct- 25 mtrs/each. 7)UPS working on 230 V AC, 50 Hz power supply suitabe for 12 hrs continuous operation -1 No. 8)Data storage capacity with built in or separate for date time actual flow rate totaliser & error messages if any with storage capacity of 120 days- 1No 9)Proper earthing shall be provided for protection against high voltage surge. 10)Fixing flow meter transmitter to internal walls of building in a suitable designed panel cabinet with proper locking arrangement. Installation of chemical earthing with maintenance free at the electrode, 25mmx6mm hot dipped galvanized strip filled with a highly conductive non-corrosive compound, GI pipe 50mm dia secondary electrode. GI base plate 300mmx300mm, ground filling compound 50kg including excavation of earth and pre cast RCC chamber

Fixing Cast Iron Sluice Valve with double flanged ends for water works purposes conforming to IS 14846 - 2000 for the following rating and nominal diameters as per specification complete i) 150 mm dia

ii) 250 mm dia

iii) 300mm dia.

Providing flanged joints conforming to IS:3114-1994 to flanged Cast Iron pipes and fittings of the following nominal diameters including testing of joints, cost of bolts and nuts and rubber insertions as per specification complete. i) 150 mm dia

Supplying all materials, labour and T & P etc. and laying of MS pipes including painting all complete as per the direction of EIC. i) 150mm dia M S Pipe (4.5mm thick)

Flame cutting and facing of MS plate or pipes upto 8mm thick including supply of all labor, material, tools & plants for following plate thickness all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing joints by welding with two welding beads/pass, conforming to IS:816-1998 (Single 60° Butt weld) to MS pipes and fittings at site by using welding generator including testing of joints, as per specification complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with excavated Earth inluding watering and ramming.

Supplying all materials, labour and T & P etc. and construction of valve chamber of following sizes with 100 mm thick sand filling in foundation, lean cement concrete (1:3:6) of 150mm thick, well burnt Clamp Burnt brick masonry in cement mortar (1:3) of 250mm thick wall in foundation and plinth, 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) inside and outside, 100mm thick cover slab in M-20 R.C.C. (1:1½:3) using minimum reinforcement of HYSD bar in cover slab at 100kg. per each Cum. of RCC, 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) in bed and wall top including centring and shuttering, earthwork in all kinds of soil and refilling etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge, including transportation of all materials to site, all complete. i) Construction of Sluice Valve Chamber of size for 3" to 6 "dia pipe (size 0.90 x 0.90 x 1.10)

ii) Construction of Sluice Valve Chamber of size for 7" to 10 "dia pipe (1.20x1.20x1.30)
