Supplying all labour, T&P materials etc for reconnection of service connection with 15mm dia PVC Sch-80 conforming to ASTMD-1785 Pipe of length 3mtr. to the newly laid pipe line after disconnection from the old outlived pipe line including cost of dismantling , mending with cement concrete, drilling holes, pipes, Ferrule, DI saddle, compression and other fittings as per site condition etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing of cast iron Non Rising Spindle type Sluice Valve without wheel Rating PN-1.6 (IS:14846-2000) standard with double flanged ends for water works purpose for the following rating & nominal dia. with cost of nuts & bolts, rubber insertation inculding cost of sluice valve, transportation to site as per specification all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge. 200mm dia C.I. Fixing 50mm dia.DI Tamper proof Kinetic Air Relief Valve for water works purposes for the following diameters including transportation to site, drilling the water main (Cast Iron pipes with metal straps), as per specification all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all labour, T & P for laying in trenches double socket C.I. bend, A/S C.I. tee, collar, flanged socket tail pice/ spigot tail piece & D/S taper etc. conforming to I S :1538 of the following nominal dia. as per spection with transportation of all materials to site (excluding earth work.) including cost of DI special & fittings (IS: 1538-2001) all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply of all labour, T&P and M.S. pipe of Medium Class (ISI Marked) of the following out side diametre conforming to IS:3589-2001 for fabrication of different size of M.S. specials including laying ln trenches, jointing, fitting, fixing of pipe line and specials making welding, jointing and flange joint where ever required.The welding shall confirm to I.S. standard & electrodes use shall have I.S. certification mark. The welding of pipe and fitting shall be done by diesel generator set as per the site condition.The pipe and fitting shall be painted with two coats of brown anticorrosive paint over a coat of primer etc. all complete and transportation to site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Earthwork in trenches, jointing of pipes, specials and fittings to be measured separately). 219.10 O.D MS pipe of 6.3 mm thickness of Medium Class & ISI Marked.

Flame cutting and facing of MS plate upto 8mm thick as per specification all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing joints by welding with two welding beads / pass,conforming to IS-816-1998 (Fillet weld) to MS pipes and fittings at site by using welding, generator including testing of joints, as per specificationall complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all materials, labour and T & P etc. and construction of valve chamber of following sizes with 100mm thick sand filling in foundation and inside chamber, lean cement concrete (1:4:8) of 100 mm thick, fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:4) of 250mm thick wall in foundation and plinth, 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) inside, 100 mm thick cover slab in M-20 R.C.C. (1 : 1½ : 3) using minimum reinforcement of HYSD bar in cover slab at 100Kg. per each Cum. of RCC, 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) in bed and wall top including centring and shuttering, earthwork in all kinds of soil and refilling etc. as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge, including transportation of all materials to site, all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.. i) Sluice Valve Chambers of inside size 1.20m x 1.20m x 1.20m

Supplying, installation and commissioning of 160 kva disel generator (Silent and out door type) with liquid cooling facility having 3 Phase,with manual panel at intake well with all required spares and materials handling, loading and unloading at site with Hydra support etc with testing for 5 days for 2 hours in each day including all required fuel all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
