For running of 2 nos of 50 HP pump for 12 to 16 hours at WTP at Alava for water supply to Pattamundai town including watch & ward of pump house.

For running of clear water centrifugal pump set 12 x 16 hour at the following 4 zonal pump houses for water supply to Pattamundai town including watch & ward of the pump house (a) Zonal pump house at Balipada 25 HP - 2 nos and Chunidiha 15 HP - 2 nos, (b) Baktarpur 20 HP-2 nos (c) Nabagraha padia 7.5 HP - 2 nos

For supervision of entire operation and maintenance work of Intake Well and 8 MLD capacity WTP, OGRs, ESR, Clear water pump houses, rising main and all minor maintenance works of the system.

Minor Maintenance works

Supplying all materials, labour T&P etc for inspection of Raw water and clear water rising mains by engaging labourers including inspection of 15 nos air valves, 93 nos sluice valves etc replacement of defective air valves, ballls change of gland packing of sluice valves wherever necessary, reporting of leakages of rising main to the concerned officials etc, sweeping office building, pump house, filter house, chemicals house and other annex building of WTP at Alava, Head works at Alava, including cost of broomsticks and jhudis, removal of debris, bushes, floating materials, trees, weeds etc which will create problem in operating valves and damage to intake well head works during flood period in the River Brahmani, maintenance of electrical system, providing bulb, fuse wire, flexible wire and minor electrical defects in different head work and pump houses including replacement of fused bulbs, fused kitkats, maintenance of premises of transformer, LT & HT lines etc, cost of material and labour for greasing and using gland in different head works, pump houses, intake well at Narendrapur Ghat, WTP at Alava, ESR site at Baktarpur, Balipada, Nabagrahapadia & Chunidiha, Maintenance of arboriculture, grading, plantation, greeneries, watering to trees and lawn, cutting, cleaning roads etc including provision of flexible PVC pipes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
