The bidder should have successfully completed work(s) valuing not less than Rs. 207.82 Lakh in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years. The completed work must cover at least one specific type of project, such as a Drinking Water Treatment Plant or Sewage Treatment Plant, among others. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual financial turnover of not less than Rs. 277.10 Lakh in any one financial year in Civil Construction Works during the last 5 financial years. The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically in the execution of similar works, and should provide a list of similar works executed during the last 5 years, including details such as the value of the contract price and the total value of work executed. The weightage for pipeline work is 30% and for structural works is 20%. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, including GST. The assessed available bid capacity will be calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2-B), where A is the maximum value of works executed in any one year during the last five years, including GST. The bidder should have good working records of completion of works in time and satisfy the minimum eligible criteria for the award of the contract. The bidder should provide certification from the employer in support of the claim of similar works executed.
