Providing 75mm. compacted thickness WBM Grade - III, using following size of metal including quarrying, collecting, conveying & stacking at work site or at approved stacking yard beyond the trafficable beams for pre-measurement of metal of approved quality from approved quarry including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes including cost of T&P articles required for the work etc. complete & labour for conveying from stacks, stacked at work site or at approved stacking yard spreading & laying metal of all sizes in layers to proper camber & grade including hand packing & compacting with PRR conveying moorum from stacks, filling the interstices spreading the same over the metalled surface in required quantities watering, including carriage of water consolidating with PRR including hire & running charges of PRR & all other machineries cost & conveyance of water T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge (measurement will not be taken for quantity of filter materials, compacted thickness to be measured as 75mm. thick)

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.60 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course in single coat using crushed stone aggregates of specified size on a layer of bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen laid onprepared surface and rolling with 8-10 tonne smooth wheeled steel roller as per Clause 510 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing and erecting Direction and Place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67-2012 made of Class-B retro-reflective sheeting of high intensity and high intensity prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTM D 4956-09 Type-III and IV strictly conforming to Clause 6.7 of IRC 67-2012 and vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2.00 mm thick as per Clause 6.5.2 of IRC : 67-2012 or A.C.P. (Aluminium composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polyethylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminium with overall thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on 2 nos of 75mm x 75mm x 6mm mild steel angle post firmly fixed to the ground (along with 3 nos horizontal and 1 no vertical extra supporting member of M.S.angle of size 50mm x 50mm x 6mm) by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x75 cm, 60 cm belowground level as per approved drawing including cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials, labour, T & P, excavation, curing etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge 1200 x 900 mm size Information Board.
