Providing, laying, and compacting to 75mm (Seventy five milimetre) compacted thickness broken/crushed stone aggregate of Grading-III 53mm to 22.4 mm (fifty three milimetre to twenty two point four milimetre) nominal size to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening type-B of size 11.2mm (Eleven point two milimetres) nominal size @ 0.18 (Zero point one eight ) cubic metre per 10 sqm. (Ten square metre) of road surface to fill up the interstices of course aggregate application of binding material watering and compacting to required density as MORD Technical specification in clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.

Providing and applying primer coat with BITUMEN emulsion (SS-I) on the surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer with bitumen emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.85 Kg. per Sqm (zero point eight five kilograme) per square metre as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No.502 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Providing and applying tack coat with BITUMEN emulsion (RS-I) on the granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.275 Kg. per Sqm. (Zero point two seven five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No. 503 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts and other incidentals .

Providing, laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty millimeter) compacted thickness, composed of 13.2mm (thirteen decimal two millimeter) to 11.20 mm (eleven decimal two zero milimetre) aggregate mixed in the ratio 2.1 (two isto one) respectively and mixed @ 0.27 cum (Zero decimal two seven cubic metres) mixed with 14.60 kg ( fourteen decimal six kilogram) bitumen binder grade VG-10 ( Viscosity Grade ten) per ten square metre of road surface, laid and compacted to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in Hot Mix Plant, transporting mixed material to site with paver finisher to the required grade and camber, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred ) KN static roller, complete as per MoRD Techancial Sepcification clause No. 506 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat (Type B) for sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using bitumen grade VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) at the rate of 6.8 kg (six point eight kilogram) mixed with 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic metre of fine aggregate spread uniformally per 10 Sqm. (Ten square metre) of road surface, heated in suitable hot mix plant, transporting and then rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) KN static roller complete as per technical specifications clause No.508 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design and laid over prepared sub base, using M-30 Grade Design Mix concrete made with 43 grade cement having cement content not less than four hundred thirty kg per cubilc metre, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm (Twenty five milimetre), mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.02 cum capacity (Zero point zero two) with appropriate weigh batcher,using approved mixed design laid in approved fixed side form work (steel channel) including providing, and laying and fixing of 125 micron (One hundred twenty five micron) thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form worfk as per drawing, spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrating and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/ culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved curing of concrete slabs for 14 days using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1501 section 1500, including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Making up loss of material/irregularities on shoulders to the design level by adding fresh approved selected soil and compacting it with appropriate equipment at OMC as per MORD technical specification Clause 1903 including carriage of material and other incidentals .

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/cement concrete using concrete Grade M-10 (M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (One cement : 3 sand : 6 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size laid in open foundation and Drains for all type of structure including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering including the cost of form work carriage of materials and other incidentals complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900 & 1200.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) Designl mix with cement content not less than 275 kg (two hundred seventy five kg per cubic meter and using graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size) incluinding pumping or bailing out water/dewatering (surface and sub soil water) including cost of form work and curing complete in all strucutres like Head walls , Toe walls, curtain walls, parapets and the like, complete as per drawing and MORD Techanical specifications Section 800,900,1200 & 1400 including carriage of meterial in all leads, lifts and other incidental .

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete for nominal mix 1: 5: 10 (one cement: five sand : Ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty milimetres) nominal size including pumping or bailing out water / dewatering including cost of form work curing complete in all type of structure like retaining walls, breast walls etcetera as per drawing and MORD Speficiations section 800,900 & 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Back filling with granular material behind abutments, return walls, wing walls, retaining walls complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification clause 1604.7 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 100mm (Hundred milimetre) dia P.V.C. pipe weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall and retaining/breast walls extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V): 20(H) towards drainage face complete as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 614, 709, 1206.6 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Providing and fixing of PMGSY informatory sign board with logo as per M.O.R.D. specifications and drawings. Three M.S. plates of 1.6 (one point six milimetres) thick, top and middle plate duly welded with M.S. flat iron 25mmx5mm (twenty five into five milimetre ) size on back on edges. The lower plate will be welded with M.S. angle iron frame of 25mmx25mmx5mm (twenty five into twenty five into five milimetre). The angle iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. (two Nos.) 75mmx75mm (seventy five into seventy five milimetre) of twelve SWG sheet, tubes posts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450mmx450mmx600mm (four hundred fifty millimeter into four hundred fifty milimetre into six hundred milimetre), 600mm (six hundred milimetre below ground level, including mechanically mixed and vibrated. The top most diamond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm (forty seven milimetre into forty seven milimetre) M.S tube of 12 SWG sheet , steel plate surfasces , will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification rural roads clause 1701 and Annexure :- 1700.1 including lettering and printing etcetra complete, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and erecting ordinary Kilometre stone precast made of reinforcement concrete, Grade M-15 (fifteen) nominal mix 1: 2 ½ : 5 (one cement : two & half sand : five graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work as per the approved standard design drawing , Type and arrangement of letters including painting and lettering as per IRC-8 (eight) and IRC 26 (Twenty six) complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 1703, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and erecting 200 metre (two hundred metre) stones (pretast ) made of reinforcement concrete, Grade M-15 (fifteen) nominal mix 1: 2 ½ : 5 (one cement : two & half sand : five graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work as per the approved standard design drawing type and sign and size arrangement of letters including painting and lettering as per IRC-8 (eight) and IRC 26 (Twenty six) complete as per MORD Technical specification clause 1703, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing of semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board of 600mm (Six hundred milimetre) equilateral and Triangle as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm (One point five milimetre) thick M.S. sheet duly stove white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm (Sixty five milimetre) width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per section 1700 of MORD specifications for Rural Roads , sing board supported and welded on 47mm x 47mm (Forty seven milimetre into Forty seven milimetre) 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 (M-fifteen) grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm (Four hundred fifty milimetre into Four hundred fifty milimetre into Six hundred milimetre), 600mm (Six hundred milimetre) below ground level as per approved drawing, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing direction and place identifications board of semi reflective sign boards upto 0.90 sqm as per IRC:67 made of 2 mm thick M.S. Sheet duly stove enameled paint in white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 70 mm (seventy milimetre) width and required message, letters, figures with reflective engineering grade tape of required shade and colour, board , Supported and welded on 47 mm x 47mm (Forty seven milimetre into Forty seven milimetre) of 12 SWG Square tube of 3050 mm (Three thousand fifty milimetre) height firmly fixed to the ground by means of p properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450 mm x 450 mm x 600 mm (Four hundred fifty milimetre into Four hundred fifty milimetre into Six hundred milimetre), 600 mm (Six hundred milimetre) below ground level as per approved drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1701, within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providng and fixing of guard / boundary stone made of local stone and of standard design as per IRC:25, fixed in position including finishing and lettering but excluding painting as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1704 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. .

Excavation in hilly area for road way formation in all kind of soil by mechanical means including blasting operations and chiseling/ wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) setting out true the ground line , grades, width cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-in-charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 & 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in acquired width of road and transportation of unuseful material for filling in road ways, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus / unserviceable material on approved dumping sites including leveling, fine dressing of the disposed materials Recovery of stone to the tune of 21.08 cubic metres quantity at the rate of 300/- (Rupees Three hundred) per cubic metres shall be effected from the contractor's each running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public, private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases and on his own costs, including within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete block of grade M-15 (M-Fifteen) desing mix concrete with cement content not less than two hundred seventy five kg per cubic meter and using graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size) blocks laid over and inclusive of cost of PCC M-15 wedding ( having thinkness ness one thired thickness of PCC Blocks) including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering cost of form work , grouting of joint and curring as per Drawing and MORD Technical Specifications section 800, 900 , 1200 & 1400 including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.

Providing and laying (to level or slope) 900mm dia (Nine hundred millimeter) diameter reinforced cement concrete non pressure pipes IS Class NP-3 for culverts in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1 : 2 (One cement : two sand) but excluding the cost of excavation, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry work in head walls and parapets as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause 1101including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. .
