Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of following size Water Bound Macadam specification (75mm compacted thick) including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of gravel and sand as binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machinaries including all labour, T&P and cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MOSRT&H including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying tack coat with penetration grade of bitumen emulsion (RS) of 0.20 Kg per Sqm after scraping cleaning the road surface including cost, conveyance royalty of all materials, T&P labour, hire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MOSRT&H and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying and rolling open graded premix carpet of 20mm thick using 0.27 cum composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm size crusher stone chips using pentration grade of bitumen of grade VG-30 (60/70) of 14.60 kg per 10 sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with 80-100 KN roller inclusive of hire and running charges of PRR, bitumen mixtures, tar boilers and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated Seal Coat Type C using 0.06 cum of 6.70 mm size chips as per sieve analysis for sealing the voids in the bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using penetration grade of bitumen of 6.80 kg per 10 sqm and rolled with smooth wheeled power roller, bitumen mixure, tar boiler and all other T&P articles including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of chips and bitumen & other required materials etc complete and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation cutting foundation in all kind of soil with all leads & lifts & depositing the excavated materials away from the working areas complete as per specification &direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including cost of all labour & T&P articles required for the work etc. complete in all respect upto bed level.

Earth work in excavation for foundtion of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches excavated suitable material.

Providing and filling manually with selected sand in layers not exceeding 200mm thick including watering and compacting with all leads and lifts etc. For finished item of work as per Specification.

Providing concrete for plain concrete of 1:3:6 in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802,803,1202,1203 of MORD Specification for Rural roads including cost,conveyance,royalty, taxes, labour and T&P required for the work and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Plain Cement Concrete PCC Grade M15 in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications including hosting and laying, well rammed with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and all labour, T&P, etc. complete.and as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

RCC of design mix of M-250 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 300kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken granite course aggregate of 20mm. .sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supplying and fixing of RCC Guard post of 150 mm dia and IM long in RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm down graded size h.g chips including all labours, materials ,carriage ,royality & taxes of etc. complete.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall with granular material including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting & fixing Strip Seal expansion joints edges of the slab with suitable anchoring arrangements by 12mm. M.S. Bars as per MOST design & drawing including fitting, fixing & welding with 6 mm. plates & filling joints of wearing coat with bitumen joint filler 12 mm. thick & joint sealing compound at top including painting of exposed surface of M.S. covered plates with anticorrosive bitumanstic paint etc. with cost, conveyance taxes of all materials labour & T&P etc. complete in all respects as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing , fitting, fixing tar papers including all cost, carriage etc complete

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
