Construction of granular sub-base by providing Locally available moorum and sand admixture , spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works by manual means and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge WBM Grading No.-III

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying surface dressing as wearing course consisting of a layer of Bituminous binder laid on the prepared surface, followed by a cover of crushed stone aggregates of specified size and rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN Static roller including cleaning the road surface as per Technical Specification clause 507 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (First Coat 13.2 mm Nominal Size)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheelede, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & Bridges works.

Fine dressing and turffing including transportation of turfs by manual means with initial lead of 50 m & 1.5 m initil lift & placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials etc. complete as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil with initial leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the EIC.

Providing & filling manually with selected sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including levelling, watering, compacting with all leads & lifts with cost , conveyance,all labour , T & P required for the work for finished item of work and as per direction of EIC.

Providing and laying PCC (1:3:6) in foundation as per approved specification and design using 40 mm size crusher broken hard granite aggregates including cost,conveyance,royality, watering and curing etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm size hard granite metal including cost, conveyance ,royality ,taxes, watering and curing etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Plain Cement Concrete in Open Foundation including cost,conveyance,royality, watering and curing etc. complete complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge. P.C.C. Grade M - 15

RCC of design mix of M-250 grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/ IS 516/ IRC 216/1987/ IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 12 mm. sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21-1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting,lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vibrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering & shuttering & form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalities and all other taxes of all materials all labour T&P machinaries etc. requires for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the E.I.

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987).

Providing weepholes in brick masonary/stone masonary, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of RCC railing of M 30 grade in cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate, true to line and grade, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, centre-to-centre spacing between certical posts not to exceed 2000 mm as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 900 and 1208.3.

Supplying and laying reinforcement C.C. chips NP-3 type for culvert jointing ends in C.M (1:2) including cost , conveyance of all materials as per direction of E.I.C.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling with granular material behind abutment, wing and return wall complete as per drawings and technical specification Clause 1201.3.8.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,

Providing and fixing of speed breaker ,semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and gray colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm, 600 mm below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1700, 300 & 800 of MoRD and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of RCC guard posts of 200 mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20 mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade,tolerance of vertical RCC posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technival Specification Clause

Providing and fixing of typical informatory sign board as per MORD specifications and drawing. Three MS Plates of 1.6 mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5m size on back on edges. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quality in required shade and colour. All sections of framed posts and steel tube will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxy paint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1 of MoRD and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical Citisen Information board as per MORD specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 50 x 5 mm. thick, back plate duty welded with 75 mm dia steel tubes back on edges as per drawings. The upper and lowe plate will be welded with MS flat iron frame of 50mm x 5 mm. The steel tubes dully embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocksw of 600mm x 600 mm x 750 mm below ground level. All MS will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering and printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with redimixed synthetic enamel paint of superor quality in required shade and colour. All selection of framed posts and steel tubes will be painted with primer and two coats of epoxupaint as per drawing Clause 1701 and Annexure - 1700.1.
