The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with a value of at least 75% of the estimated cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together in the last preceding five years, excluding the current financial year. This applies to both road works and bridge works. For road works, the total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works should be at least 60% of the amount put to tender during any one financial year of the last preceding five financial years. For bridge works, the total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works should be at least the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years. Additionally, the bidder should have an annual turnover of at least 200% of the annual payment of the work put to tender for civil construction works. The bidder is required to submit a list of projects executed that are similar in nature to the work, which includes details of similar works experience. The bidder should also have a bid capacity of more than the estimated cost of the work. The bidder is required to furnish the information on Annual Turn Over (ATO) from his Chartered Accountant showing clearly the financial year wise value of Civil Engineering works executed with updated values. The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar nature of work, with specific requirements as follows: 75% of the estimate cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together in the last preceding five years (starting from 2020-21 to 2024-25) excluding the current financial year 2025-26 for road works, and 75% of the estimate cost put to tender during any three financial years taken together in the last preceding five years (starting from 2020-21 to 2024-25) excluding the current financial year 2025-26 for bridge works. The annual turnover requirement is: - Minimum requirement of annual turnover of Civil construction works @200% of annual payment of the work put to tender, - The total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works of an amount not less than 60% of the amount put to tender during any one financial year of the last preceding five financial years starting from 2020-21 to 2024-25 excluding the current financial year for road works, and - The total financial turnover in respect of civil engineering works of an amount not less than the amount put to tender during any three financial years taken together of the last preceding five financial years starting from 2020-21 to 2024-25 excluding the current financial year for bridge works. The required bid capacity is to be more than the estimated cost of the work.
