Providing Cement concrete of M-150 having maximum compressive strength of 150 kg./cm2 ( test to be conducted) on 150 mm. cubes tested at 28 days including curing (tests conducted in accordance with IS-456 & IS-516) & conforming to clause-302 of IRC 21/1987 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 40 mm. size down grade of approved quality to be protested in the laboratory) obtained from approved quarry the proportion mix, grading conforming to relevant ISI/IRC codes pre-approved including arranging of reinforcement as per approved drawing including hoisting, lowering concrete in layers not exceeding 150 mm. thick each compacting with vbrator watering & curing for 28 days centering shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves & beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royality & taxes of all labour machineries etc. required for the work complete in all respects including dismantling the centering & shuttering as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. RCC of design mix of M-250grade having specified characteristics compressive strength/ target mean strength of 250kg./cm2 in design mix with minimum quantity of cement as specified in IRC Code of 150 mm. cubes at 28 days curing after mixing & tests conducted in accordance with relevant clauses of IS 456/IS 516/IRC 216/1987/IRC-78/1983 using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate of 20mm. down graded.sizes & proportion as specified in clause-302.6.2 of IRC 21/1987 & IS-10262 & subject to mix design in conformity with the grading & proportion of different materials for concrete as specified in the relevant codes of approved quality, obtained from approved quarry & using minimum quantity of cement confirming to codal provision including hoisting, lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with vbrators watering & curing for 28 days including water tight steel centering , shuttering

& form works finishing the exposed surface smooth providing beads & grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and all other taxes of all materials with all leads & lifts, cost of all labour T&P & machineries etc. required for the work including dewatering if necessary, complete in all respects as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost, conveyance of tor steel & binding wire & labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding welding & tying the grills lapping spacing etc. where ever necessary & hoisting & placing in position ( to be paid separately as required for RCC works)

Supply of HYSD bars confirming to grade S-415 cutting bending, binding, lapping, splicing, welding etc. (conforming to ISI specification) & jointing if necessary by lapping & tying the grills & placing in position as required for RCC works as per the approved design, hoisting, lowering & laying position including cost & conveyance of tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge(as to be approved by the Deptt.) etc. complete (weight of binding wire shall not be considered for payment at all which will be borne by the contractor (standard CO-efficient of different sizes of the steel shall be considered & welding & lapping should confirm to relevant clause of IRC-21/1987)

Providing & inserting nipples with approved fixing compound after drilling holes for grouting as per technical specification including subsequent cutting/ removal & sealing the hole as necessary of nipples after completion of grouting with cement / epoxy etc. complete to shape as per direction of Engneer-in-charge.

Construction of embankment / Sub grade / earthen shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pit with mechanical means with lift up to 1.5 m transporting to sites, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Clause 301.5 of MoRD specification for rural roads & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing rough stone dry packing in aprons and revetments of desgned thickness on slope using 30cm and above size hard broken granite stones of approved quality free from weathering skin and from approved quarry including filling the interestices with small stones spalls etc. with cost, conveyance and royalty and with all leads and lifts and taxes of all materials and labour T&P etc. complete in all respects (the weight of each stone shall not be less than 50kg to 70kg) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing cement grouting in appron & revetment upto 15cm deep with cement concrete proportion of 1:3:6 using clean crusher broken hard granite coarse aggregate of 25 mm. size down grade of approved quality including cost & conveyance of materials, labour, T&P, royalty, taxes, curing but excluding cost of gunny bags etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall & return wall with excavated earth including all cost, carriage, royality & labour as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC-67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminum sheeting, 2.00mm thick or A.C.P. (Aluminum composite panel) used for sign boards with a thermoplastic core of low density polythylene (LDPE) between two thick sheets of aluminum with over all thickness of 4mm and aluminum thickness of 0.5mm on both sides supported on mild steel angle post 75m x 75mm x 6mm, 2 nos firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M-15 grade cement concrete 45cm x 45cm x 75cm, 60 cm belowground level as per approved drawing including required lettering, cost, convayance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour, T&P, excavation, curing etc. complete, under supervision of E.I.C. (A) 1800x1200mm Asset Information Board
