Providing laying spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kn weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintainance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 .

Providing and applying PRIMER COAT With Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MORD Technical Specification Clause 502 for low porosity surface and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying BITUMINOUS MACADAM (BM) with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MOSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)(A/R-2006 page-169 item No-45).

White washing two coats on parapet walls and tree trunks including preparation of surface by cleaning scraping etc. as per MORD technical specifications Clause 1915 as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and MORD technical Specification Clause 1703 as per direction of the Engineer in charge

Construction of RCC Guide Posts of 250mm dia M15 grade cast-in-situ with 20mm nominal size aggregate,true to line and grade,tolerance of vertical RCC Posts not to exceed 1 in 500 as per drawing and Technical Specification clause 1608.2.

Construction of subgrade / Earthern shoulder with approved materials obtained from borrow pits, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 303 with all leads & lift as per direction of the Engineer in charge (By mechanical means).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening(morum and sand admixture) to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-

WBM Grade-II

Construction of Un-Reinforced, Plain Cement Concrete Pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub-base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2, M30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridges and culverts (expansion joints), admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501.

Providing and applying TACK COAT With Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MoRD & as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying SEMI DENSE BITUMINOUS CONCRETE(SDBC) with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MOSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)(A/R-2006 page-175 item No-47).
