Supplying and filling with sand in foundation and plinth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, well watered and compacted , top surface dressed and levelled to proper level and gradient including cost of all materials, conveyance,royalties, loading, unloading, cost of all labour, T&P, etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 40 mm size grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Providing Fly ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation and plinth using bricks of “23cmx11cmx8cm" size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 Kg. Per Sq. Cm. including immersing in water till saturation before use, Including splays cutting, circular molding, chamfering and corbelling and all similar type of operations with all necessary projections watering and curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per drawing and Technical specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched , machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-20 including the cost of Centering and Shuttering (minimum cement content not less than 403Kg/ Cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using 20mm to 10mm downgraded black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance,loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions ( as per IS 9103) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement

Providing & fixing TMT Fe-500 HYSD Reinforcement bars (SAIL /TATA /RINL) of required diameter and approved quality for Reinforced Cement Concrete work including straightening, cutting, bending, binding, welding(if approved) , joining (if necessary), tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in position as per the approved design & drawings (BBS) with provision of standard fan hooks including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, cost of binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (Linear measurements will be taken & quantity will be calculated on standard weight. Lap length of bars & Weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement and payment.)

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) to the surface of brick masonry wall including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats, bars, etc only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, royalties, cost of labour, scaffolding, staging, watering before plastering and curing, sundries and T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) to the surfaces of brick masonry wall including racking out joints, scraping and cleaning the surface and finishing the plaster surface smooth using wooden floats, bars, etc only to proper plumbs and level and making grooves, beads and drip coarse to give required ornamental finish as per drawings including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading and unloading,royalties, cost of labour, scaffolding, staging, watering before plastering and curing, sundries and T&P, etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing of all types of MS Grills / Gates / Door made of ISI marked standard MS Angles of approved thickness and quality of approved Manufacturers with all required iron and aluminum fittings, including mending to sizes supplying and fixing hinged cleats, sand blocks and fixing of oxidized iron or chromium plated iron aldrops, tower bolts, knobs or rings or handles, hinges, screws and other fittings, etc. complete as per requirement including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Painting Two coat with Weather coat over a coat of primer of approved shed of approved colour over prepared surfaces including scuffolding to outside walls, including cost and conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per drawing and Technical Specification and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved make, quality and shade on new iron / wood work to give an even shade over an under coat of primer of approved brand and manufacturer including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, T&P, etc, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
