The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date. The values mentioned for these requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for Past Performance. - Minimum experience of the OEM in the field of manufacturing similar items: 25 years - BEE Star Rating: 3 or better Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - OEM Authorization Certificate - Copies of relevant contracts and delivery acceptance certificates like CRAC - Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) - OEM Warranty certificates - BIS, CRS certification
