Supply ,installation , testing & comissioning of new electric motor Pumpset with all accessories as per scope of work . The motor shall be aquirrel cage induction motor ,50HP/37 Kw,4 pole ,415 volt,50Hz,3 phase supply ,continuous duty with class -F insulation ,totally enclosed fan cooled ,IP-55, efficiency clas -IE-2 and confirming to latest relevant standard. The pump unit shall be suitable rated & housed in the same base frame with proper alignment . the pumpset shall be single stage , axial sunction orientation and radial discharge orientation. MOC STD shall be bronze. All accessories such as base frame, coupling guard foundation required nut & bolt shall be under the scope of contractor. If any material required ,but not mentioned shall be supplied by the contractor for successful installation & commissioning of the new pump set. Supply of all amterials , labours,T&P and all taxes ahall be under the scope of contractor excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 150 mm dia Centrifugally Cast (spun) Iron S/S Pressure Pipes Class-LA of different length ( 0.6 mtrs to 6.00mtrs ) as per requirement to maintain the alignment and level , conforming to IA:1536-2001with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, transportation charges, testing charges etc. all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for laying in trenches Centrifugally Cast (spun) ,Iron S/S Pressure pipes Class LA,A,B,flanged pipes conforming to IS:1536 - 2001 of the150 diameter as per specification complete. with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, transportation charges, testing charges etc. all complete but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
