Supplying and laying of precast reinforced concrete pipes suitable for flush joint, Class- NP3 confirming to IS No. 458/2003 900 mm dia with amendment No.1 with all supply of material, labour. T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST)

CC (1:4:8) in foundation and floor base using 40mm and down graded hard black granite metal of approved quality including, mixing, hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing, etc. complete with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, etc. all complete as directed.( Excluding GST)

CC (1:2:4) using 20mm CBG chips including screening and washing the aggregates for concrete work including hoisting, laying, consolidating curing with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage taxes, VAT etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST)

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete of (1:1 1/2 :3) (1 Cement:11/2 coarse sand (ZoneIII):3 graded stone aggregate of 20mm nominal size including screening and washing the aggregates for concrete work including hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage taxes etc excluding the cost of centering and shuttering and complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Empty boring of 300mm dia up to 12M depth from Ground level including supply of rig and other accessories required for boring and to ascertained the soil strata up to 12M depth and submitting the report including supply of bentonite, T&P, labour, taxes, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge and filling the holes with the excavated materials as per direction of Engineer in charge.( Excluding GST)

Providing cast in situ reinforced cement concrete bored compaction 300mm dia single under reamed pile of length 6.0 Mtr. with 20mm to 12mm size crusher broken hard black granite chips of proportion C.C (1:1.5:3) for under reamed bored compaction pile ,300mm dia bore with one under ream of two and half time the bore dia of required length from cut off level necessary MS cones as required, welding of cages, fabricating of M.S cone out of 2.50mm/3.15mm thick MS plates, boring through all starta from existing ground level with removal of obstruction if any, using bentonite, driving the cage up to required depth by help of driving pipe of required size with supply of C.I. cones for each pile, all labour, materials, taxes, tollage, royalties, T&P, etc. Excluding cost of steel and disposing the boring earth out from the work site , with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in charge . Cutting of pile heads up to 0.30M from cut off level and disposing the debrises clear out of the work site with supply of all labour, T&P, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.( Excluding GST)

Supplying required reinforcement steel bar of Fe-500 conforming to IS-1786:985 for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and bindin, lapping of steel with supply of all material, labour, T&P, all taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST)

Centering shuttering including struttings, propping etc and removal of form work for foundations, super structure, etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Excluding GST)

Brick work in cement Motar (1:6) in super structure with KB bricks having curshing strength not less than 75kg/cm2 including scaffolding, hoisting, staging for all floors with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation charges, curing etc all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12 mm thick Cement Plaster in CM (1:6) over brick work and concrete surface including chipping the concrete surface before plastering cleaning & watering to the surface finished smooth to the exposed surface with scaffolding at any height with supply of all materials, labour, all taxes, tollage, royalties etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge .( Excluding GST)

Weather coat Painting two coats with approved paint & shed over a coat of primer with supply of all materials, labour, T& P etc. all Complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.( Excluding GST)

Collecting, conveying & supplying sweet sand for filling in foundation trenches including dressing, leveling to required level within a lead of 5Km. (avg.), watering and ramming with supply of all labour, materials, equipments, fuel, gate entry fees, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(excluding cost of GST)
