Dismantling of brick/RCC works by using mechanical jack hammer or any suitable method, disposing the same at location as directed with supply of all labour, engagement, hire & running charges of all equipments, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, cleaning the site, barricading the work site, all transportation etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Furrow cutting over the existing bituminous road surface of size 50mm. width x 50mm. depth at 1.00m. intervals and 45° angle to the center of the road with cost and supply of all labour, T&P and disposing the debrises away, with supply of machinery, special T&P, taxes tollage etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of existing granular/black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to make the surface ready to receive bituminous emulsion with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying all materials, labours and T&P for scraping cleaning the road surface, laying Dense Bituminous Macadam using nominal aggregate size of 26.5mm with grading as per Table 500-10 of MoSRTH (Fifth Rivision) and VG-30 paving bitumen and mixing in a hot mix plant of suitable capacity, applying tack coat @ 0.20 to 0.30 kg/Sqm before laying of pre-coated mix conveying the pre-coated mix, layng to and camber, by using hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, compacting with 8 to 10 tonne static weight smooth wheeled road roller including hire and running charges of PRR and all other machineries, Operator expenses, including cost of conveyance of material, T&P, taxes, tollage, entry fees, fuel and lubricants, all testings etc. all complete excluding GST & as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge. N.B: Mix design shall be established in accordance with Clause No.505.3 of MOSRTH (Fifth Revision).

Providing and laying bituminous concrete mixed in a hot mix plant of suitable capacity using crushed aggregates 13.2mm nominal size of specified grading as mentioned in Clause-507 of MOSRTH and bituminous binder of VG-30, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignement and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory roller to achieve the desired compaction as per MOSRTH (Fifth Revision) specifications for Road & Bridges including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees, all machineries, fuel & lubricant, operator expenses, all testings etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Mix design shall be established in accordance with Clause No.507.3 of MOSRTH (Fifth Revision).

Providing and applying primer coat with bituminous emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surfaces and spraying primer as 0.60 kg/Sqm using mechanical means as per clause No.502 of MoSRTH specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Blinding the road surface with quarry dust with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, tollage, royalties etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Collecting and supplying the river sand of good quality with spreading the same over the indentified area to the required level & slope including transporting within a lead of 40 Km. (avg.) by private vehicles with covering at the top to prevent spillage of sand including loading at one end & unloading at other end, spreading in layers, leveling, watering, compacting by smooth wheeled vibratory road roller 8 Ton to 10 Ton capacity with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, engagement hire & running charges of all equipments, vehicles etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading quarry dust over the prepared surface in suitable layers, compacting including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, vehicles, Port entry fees, operator expenses cost of water, fuel, lubricants etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing & laying factory made pre-cast concrete paver blocks of M-50 grade of 100mm thick with consistent and uniform quality, rubber moulded and cured through drying process mechanically vibrated and compacted precast interlocking of approved size, design with providing and laying in position over 50 mm thick average complete coarse sand bed with joints of 3mm thick filled by fine sand including leveling with surface vibrator, temping and sweeping, loading at factory end and unloading at site including transportation, taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Enginer in charge. (excluding cost of coarse sand bed).

Providing cement concrete (1:1½:3) (1 cement: 1½ sand:3 coarse aggregate) for R.C.C. work using 20mm & down grade hard granite (CB) chips of approved quality including mixing, hoisting, laying, consolidating, curing, maintaining, proper level and slope, finished smooth to the exposed surface, providing weep holes with 75mm dia PVC pipes for drainage of water whereever necessary with supply of all labour, material, tollage, taxes, T&P etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. (excluding centering shuttering, bending, binding and cost of steel).

Cement concrete of M-30 grade (using Crusher broken granite chips of 12 mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC work) mixing in a Batching Plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means excluding form works, hoisting, laying in slabs in panels of required size, consolidating by mechanical vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding/hessian cloths, barricading the area etc with supply of all materials, labour, taxes, T&P, Port entry fees, royalties, tollage, transportation charges, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries, all testing, cost for design mix, sealing the top 50mm of the panel joints with bitumastic filler (But excluding cost of binding wire, cost of Steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel) etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 25mm & below size Crusher Broken) for Dry Lean Cement Concrete including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying in layers, laying over compacted Gr.II surface compacting with smooth wheeled Vibratory Road Roller of minimum 8 to 10 Ton capacity Static weight, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, royalties, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries, barricading the work site, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing Rigid and smooth leak proof centering and shuttering for RCC works in slabs, drains, walls and other works etc. including dismantling them after setting with cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, gate entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Foundation and Plinth

Dewatering the stagnated water from the excavated areas using 5 HP Diesel pump, discharging water to near by drains, basins and other approved points by sufficient length delivery pipe, including supply of all labour, T&P, all taxes, hire and running charges of pump, transportation of pumps from one location to other location, all POL-fuel, lubricants, suction and delivery pipe, engagement of pump operator in all three shifts as and when required etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. NB : No idle hours shall be paid.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudinal joints by fixing 12mm dia 450mm long HYSD Bars @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anticorrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (300mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc complete with supply of all materials, T&P, labour, hire & running charges of all machineries, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & forming 25mm wide x 300mm deep expansion joints by fixing 32mm dia. & 500mm long M.S round bars at 300mm center to center including painting 275mm length of bars with anticorrosive paints & covering the same with 1.25mm thick tough & durable plastic sheathing, providing closely fitted HDPE/ G.I Cap of 100mm long at the other end including fixing 25mm thick & 270mm deep Joint filler Board (Shalitex or equivalent) painting one side of concrete surface with bitumastic black paint & sealing the groove with bitumastic filter etc. all

Supplying and forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 32mm dia 500mm long Mild Steel round bars of SAIL/RINL/TISCON @ 300mm C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 1.25mm thick tough & durable plastic sealding, providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface with bitumastic black paint and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees etc complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling with saline sand up to required including collecting, conveying by private trucks / dumpers with all lead and lifts, loading at one end, unloading at other end, spreading and laying, watering, compacting by using VRR, dressing, leveling to required height, level and slope etc. with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, royalties, running & hire charges of VRR, trucks, dumpers, Port entry fees etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-I metal of approved quality over the prepared sub-base in suitable layers, filling the interstices with required graine stone quarry dust as per specification, maintaining required slope and level, compacting by smooth wheeled Vibromax Road Roller of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight for both Dry and Wet rolling to the satisfaction of Engineer including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, engagement, hire and running charges of all equipments, vehicles, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading of IRC Grade-II metal of approved quality & filling the interstices with required Quarry Dust as per specification, laying over the compacted Gr-I surface to required slope, compacting by earth/plate vibrator including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, vehicles, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with Overlapping of 300mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, cost of over lapping, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. N.B: No payment shall be made for over lapping.

Supplying, transporting, fabrication of 150mm dia GI pipe of C-Class (Heavy Duty) of Zindal make or equivalant quality including fabricating, finishing, errection charges, making structurals of required shape and fixing in position with proper alignment, level with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, cutting, welding, bending charges, hire and running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees, safety arrangements, all taxes etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Deployment of JCB/Hydraulic Excavator of 1 Cum bucket capacity for backfilling, shifting, lifting purpose as & when required including port entry fees, engagement, running & hire charges of all machineries, operator, helper charges, fuel, lubricants, gate entry fees, all taxes, Port entry passes for man and machineries, T&P etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. NB : No idle hours shall be paid.

12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) over outside & inside surface of brick work & R.C.C work at any floor & height including dismantling the old damaged cement plaster, racking out the joints rounding the corners, providing grooves or bead lining where found necessary & finishing smooth to the exposed surface with curing, scaffolding, staging including cost & supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Brick work with cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth by using bricks having crushing strength between 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm² upto any height levels with cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, taxes, staging, scaffolding, curing all transportation charges etc. complete excluding GST & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Design, development, supplying and fixing of Double Sided Signboards of approved size made of Micro Prismatic Retro Reflective sheeting DG-3 pasted on 3 mm thick aluminum composite material as per IRC 67-2010, fixing each board with 8 Nos. of SS Mechanical Anchor Bolt of 8mm dia and 100mm long, the front side covered with Retro Reflective sheeting DG-3 with all letters, numerals and pictographs with border as per approved colour scheme including all taxes, transportation, tollage, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, taking all safety precautions while installation etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising Glass beads on approved surface by providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per Sqm area (Thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads). The finished surface to be leveled uniformly with streak and as per IRC with supply of all labour, materials, fuel & lubricants, cleaning the black top surfae, Port entry fees, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, transportation charges etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with Weather Coat paint of approved quality and shade over one coat of primer including scrapping, cleaning the surface with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, tollage, gate entry fees, scaffolding charges including providing jhula/floater, taking all safety precautions etc complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing shoring & shuttering for excavation of foundation using form works made of steel/ply with required inclined supports for retaining of the earth in required position and dismantling the same after completion of the foundation structure including supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, Port entry fees, taking all safety measures etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.
