Dismantling of RCC works by using Jack hammer and disposing the same with all leads & lifts with supply of all labour, engagement, hire & running charges of all equipments, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, providing safety arrangements for workmen, cleaning the site, all transportation etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Earth work excavation in stony earth from the existing ground level in foundation trenches & levelling, dressing, ramming as per requirement etc with all leads and lift disposing the excavated material within all leads and lifts with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, hire & running charges of all machineries, Port entry fees, all taxes etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of existing granular/black topped surface with removal of foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks, sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and/or compressed air to make the surface ready to lay DLC/Corrective course with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Cement concrete of M-20 grade (using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12 mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for R.C.C work), mixing in a Batching Plant of required capacity, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying, compacting, curing etc. with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, royalties, tollage, all transportation charges, all testing, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, operator expenses etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. N.B: The item is excluding cost of form work, cost of binding wire, cost of Steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel.

Cement concrete of M-30 grade (using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12 mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for R.C.C work), mixing in a Batching Plant of required capacity, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying in slabs in panels of required size, applying Coaltar on the Concrete surface throughout its depth, providing thermocol at panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, consolidating by mechanical vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by curing compound and keeping the surface wet by suitable means throughout the curing period, barricading the area etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, Port entry fees, royalties, tollage, all transportation charges, safety arrangements, all testing, cost for design mix, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, operator expenses etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. N.B: The item is excluding cost of form work, cost of binding wire, cost of Steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 25mm & below size Crusher Broken) for Dry Lean Cement Concrete including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying in layers, laying over compacted Gr.II surface compacting with smooth wheeled Vibratory Road Roller of minimum 8 to 10 Ton capacity Static weight, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, royalties, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying, mixing, transporting, laying in proper level & grade Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 hard granite graded chips of 20mm & below size Crusher Broken) for PCC including form works made of ply/steel shutters, hoisting, laying over compacted surface, finished smooth to the exposed surface, to proper level & gradient, barricading the work site curing etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, hire & running charges of all machineries, transportation charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing shoring & shuttering at foundation with form works made of steel shutters/ ply with required inclined supports for placing of the earth in required position and dismantling the same after completion of the toe wall including supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties, staging, transportation, Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Dewatering the stagnated seepage water from the excavated areas using 5 HP Diesel pump, discharging water to near by drains, basins and other approved points by sufficient length delivery pipe, including supply of all labour, T&P, all taxes, hire and running charges of pump, transportation of pumps from one location to other location, all POL, suction and delivery pipe, engagement of pump operator in all three shifts as and when required etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge. NB : No idle hours shall be paid.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudinal joints by fixing 12mm dia 450mm long HYSD Bars @ 420mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anticorrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (300mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of approved size and sealing the grooves with pavement grade bitumastic filler etc complete with supply of all materials, T&P, labour, hire & running charges of all machineries, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees, testing charges of HYSD bars etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & forming 25mm wide x 300mm deep expansion joints by fixing 32mm dia. & 500mm long M.S round bars at 300mm center to center including painting 275mm length of bars with anticorrosive paints & covering the same with 1.25mm thick tough & durable plastic sheathing, providing closely fitted HDPE/ G.I Cap of 100mm long at the other end including fixing 25mm thick & 220mm deep Joint filler Board (Shalitex or equivalent) painting one side of concrete surface with bitumastic black paint & sealing the groove with bitumastic filter etc all complete with supply of all labour, material, T&P, hire & running charges of all machinery, taxes, Port entry fees, testing charges of MS bars etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 32mm dia 450mm long Mild Steel round bars @ 300C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 1.25mm thick tough & durable plastic seathing, providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface with bitumastic black paint and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler including cost of all materials, T&P, labour, all taxes, royalties, Port entry fees, testing charges of Mild Steel etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling with saline sand in foundation bed including collecting, conveying by trucks / dumpers with all lead and lifts, loading at one end and unloading at other end spreading and laying, watering, compacting by using VRR, dressing, leveling to required height, level and slope etc. with supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, royalties, running & hire charges of VRR, trucks, dumpers, Port entry fees etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. N.B:- 10% voids shall be deducted from the measured quantity of sand after compaction to arrive at the payable quantity.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying and transportation of Quarry Dust of approved quality, conveying the same by private Trucks including loading, unloading, spreading quarry dust over the approved surface in suitable layers, compacting with VRR for both Dry & Wet rolling all complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalties, Taxes, hire & running charges of all equipments, Port entry fees, operator expenses cost of water, fuel, lubricants etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading, IRC Grade-I metal of approved quality over the prepared sub-base in suitable layers, filling the interstices with required graine stone quarry dust as per specification, maintaining required slope and level, compacting by smooth wheeled Vibratory Road Roller of minimum 8 to 10 Ton Static Weight for both Dry and Wet rolling to the satisfaction of Engineer including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, engagement, hire and running charges of all equipments, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Collecting, Conveying, Supplying & Spreading of IRC Grade-III metal of approved quality & filling the interstices with required Quarry Dust as per specification, laying over the compacted Gr-I surface to required slope, compacting by Vibratory Road Roller including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation charges, hire & running charges of all equipments, water sprinkling, royalties, Taxes, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with Overlapping of 300mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc. complete including cost of all materials, labour, all taxes, cost of over lapping, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of Fe-500 steel confirming to I.S. Specifications of SAIL/VIZAG/TATA make including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including cost of binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all materials, labour, transportation, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. N.B: Payment shall be made as per the co-efficient laid down in IS-1786. No wastages shall be paid.

Providing Rigid and smooth leak proof centering & shuttering with form works made of ply/steel, painting with coltar/lubricant over the ply/steel after each use for RCC works in slab, wall, raft etc. including dismantling them after due period with cost of all material, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, gate entry fees, transportion, staging etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Lifting the cover slab from platform site, transporting & placing the same on top of the cable trench without any damages to the wall and slab with supply of all labour, T&P, machineries, vehicles, equipments, gate entry fees, etc. complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, transporting, fabrication of 150mm dia GI pipe (Heavy Duty) of reputed brand of required size, welding, fixing the pipes as per required profile with supply of all material, taxes, T&P, special T&P for welding, cutting, gate entry fees, all safety arrangements etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick work in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth and super structure using K.B. Bricks having crushing strength between 75 Kg/Cm² to 99Kg/Cm² of any height levels with cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, royalties, taxes, Port entry fees, staging, scaffolding, curing all transportation charges etc. complete excluding GST & as per direction of Engineer in charge.

12mm thick Cement plaster in C.M (1:6) over outside & inside surface of brick work & R.C.C work, racking out the joints rounding the corners, providing grooves or bead lining where found necessary & finishing smooth to the exposed surface with curing, scaffolding, staging including cost & supply of all labour, materials, T&P, taxes, tollage etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Painting with two coats of Weather Coat Paint over a coat of primer over the new brick work/concrete works including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, tollage, Gate entry fees, taking all safety precautions including preparing the surface before painting works etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
