The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar type of work(s) during the last 07 years. The bidder must have completed works with the following values and percentages: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, with each work valued at Rs. 1,13,37,881/-. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, with each work valued at Rs. 1,41,72,351/-. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, with the work valued at Rs. 2,26,75,761/-. Alternatively, the bidder can also meet the similar work experience criteria with: - Three completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is Rs.4,00,000/- each. - Two completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost, which is Rs.5,00,000/- each. - One completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost, which is Rs.8,00,000/-. In the case of a Joint Venture, each partner must have work experience of minimum value not less than 26% for at least one single work of the estimated cost put to tender. The estimated cost put to tender is Rs.10,00,000/- for a joint venture. The bidder shall upload the experience certificate for completed similar work(s) having Schedule Date of Commencement & Completion, Actual Date of Completion, Contract Value, Actual Executed Value etc. The bidder is required to have prior work experience of having successful completion of similar type of work(s) during the last 07 years ending with last day of month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The experience certificate should be for: a) Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 1,13,37,881/- each, OR b) Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender.
