Supply & fabrication of Bollards using 25mm thick, 600mm long 457 mm OD seamless pipe heavy duty & 25mm thick MS base plate and top flange of required size as per approved drawing including making drill holes with M-47 x 600mm depth by any approved method using core cutting machine for grouting of 40mm dia x 600mm long of 304 grades S/S stud in proper level and position using chemical adhesive resin of any approved quality including chipping the concrete by concrete breaker upto 100 mm depth for an area of 700 x 750mm and making smooth the surface using CM 1:3 for preparing the bollard base in C.C 1:1½:3 and filling concrete inside the Bollard and filing the top of the bollard with bitumen, scrapping, cleaning the bollard including labour, T&P, all materials, tools & plants, machineries taxes, tollage, Port entry fees etc complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, transporting and fixing in position of Stag Horn Cast Steel Bollards of 100T Pull capacity including all fittings and fixtures as per specification including cutting cores, concrete (1:11/2:3), adhesive filling and provision of galvanized hold down bolts, buts, washers and painting the bollards with epoxy based Zinc rich or anticorrosive protective coating, certification of all the components by IRS, transportation and delivery of materials at work site of PPT with supply of all material, taxes, T&P, gate entry fees, all safety arrangements etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, transporting and fixing of 75T Pull capacity Cast Steel Bollards including all fittings and fixtures as per specifications including cutting cores, concrete (1:11/2:3 ), adhesive filling, bolts, buts, washers and painting the bollards with epoxy based Zinc rich or anticorrosive protective coating, certification of all the components by IRS, transportation and delivery of materials at work site of PPA with supply of all material, taxes, T&P, gate entry fees, all safety arrangements etc. complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying of all labour, T&P for cutting the old damaged ladders from its position with all its fastenings scaffolding including safety arrangement for work in berth face, mending good to the damaged in berth faces occurred during dismantling of ladders with suitable concrete/chemical grouting works, insurance coverage to all workers including hire & running charges of all machineries, misc. works at site & stacking the old damaged structurals/materials at indicated areas, Gate entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, transporting and fixing of cat ladder 300x300x1000 mm long along with anchor bolt fixing and drungs with cost and expenses of all materials, labourer, tools & plants, hire & running charges of all machineries, transporataion, scaffolding, taxes, tollage, boat hire charges if any, electricity charges, safety measures & Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply, fabricating and fixing of M.S plate/Channel/Angle and Steel Bar structural including cutting, bending, welding, finishing all complete with supply of all material, labour, all taxes, T&P, running & hire charges of all machineries/vehicles/ equipments, Port entry fees, transportation of material etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Making scafolding for erecting of MS channel, angle and plate including moulding, cutting, welding, drilling holes of required diameter & bolding the same including transporting the material at working point with safety arrangement etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Preparation of the steel surface using proper sand blasting equipment to remove any loose material, contaminations and laitance to provide a sound, fine griping surface, clean the entire steel area using any mechanical means. Supply and applying one coat of epoxy based Zinc rich or anticorrosive protective coating i.e. friazine ®@ 0.3Kg /sqm/coat or equivalent on the prepared steel surface and supply two coats of epoxy resin based high built thixotropic chemical resistance protective coating i.e Sikagard ®63 @0.7 kg/m2/ two coats or equivalent as a final coating on the steel surface with system requirements chemical resistance as per IS 4631-1968.

Supplying all labour, T&P, machineries for demobilization of existing old Cell Fenders with all accessories from the berth face, keeping those in designated place, dismantling all accessories, keeping the unusable items in identified locations with in a distance of 5 km (Avg.) from site and keeping the usable materials at site (if any) including all transportation, loading at one end and unloading at the other end, lifting with all taxes, gate entry fees, hire and running charges of equipments/machineries required for the work, power consumption if any, filling the dummy holes with high strength grouting material of approved quality, cutting the exposed bolts/reinforcements etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by Engineer in charge.

Installation of Cell Fenders at identified places on different Berth face of North oil Jetty including surface preparation using Micro Concrete and Cement Plaster (1:3) with approved adhesive as may be required including transportation, hoisting, placing, properly fixing of anchor bolts, using resinous adhesive of approved quality with fixing at the required location including drilling holes by Rotary drills, grouting the bolts/ anchors of suitable size with approved resins, aligning and properly fixing of fenders with cost & expenses of all labour, tools & tackles, hire & running charges of all machineries/ equipments, scaffolding, boat hire charges if any, power consumption, safety measures & Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (But excluding cost of fender & fixtures).

Installation of Cell Fenders at identified places at CB-I/CB-II/IOB/or other berths of the Port including transportation from departmental Store with loading, unloading, fixing at the approved location including surface preparation using Micro Concrete and Cement Plaster (1:3) with approved adhesive as may be required, drilling holes by Rotary drills, grouting the bolts/anchors with approved resins, hoisting, placing, aligning and proper fixing of fenders with cost & expenses of all materials, taxes, labourer, tools & plants, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, scaffolding, boat/barge hire charges if any, electricity charges, safety measures & Port entry fees etc all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (But excluding cost of fender & fixtures).

Removal of damaged cylindrical rubber Fender from the berth face and the same storing them at identifical location in Port area within all leads and lifts, returning to the Central Store existing at a distance of 5 km from berth area including all taxes, tollage, filling the bolt holes with chemical grouts, all transportation, loading & unloading expenses, cutting the exposed SS bolts & washers with required Gas cutter, boat hire charges, scaffolding, all safety measures, Port entry fees, cost & expense of all labour, material, engagement hire & running charges of all machineries/equipments etc. all complete excluding GST as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Installation of cylindrical rubber Fender of Size 400m ODx200 mm ID x3000 mm long fenders at different Berths of Paradip Port along with transportation from Workshop/identified area with loading, unloading at destination point for fixing at the required location including drilling holes by rotary drills, grouting the bolts/ anchors with suitable resins, hoisting, placing and proper fixing of fenders with cost and expenses of all materials, labourer, tools & plants, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, scaffolding, taxes, tollage, boat hire charges if any, electricity charges, safety measures & Port entry fees etc. all complete excluding GST and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (But excluding cost of fender & fixtures).
