The required prior work experience for the bidder includes two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs.6,25,00,000, or one similar completed work costing not less than Rs.10,00,00,000. The similar works should be in the field of maintenance dredging works or capital dredging works. Alternatively, the bidder must have successfully carried out maintenance dredging works or capital dredging works with three similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs.5,00,00,000, or two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs.6,25,00,000, or one similar completed work costing not less than Rs.10,00,00,000. The bidder should have prior work experience of similar works, specifically maintenance dredging works, with a value of not less than Rs.10,00,00,000, or two similar completed works, each costing not less than Rs.6,25,00,000. In the case of a joint venture, each member of the JV must satisfy the criteria, with a minimum of 26% equity holding in the company and each partner having work experience of a minimum value not less than 26% for at least one single work of the estimated cost put to tender. The average annual turnover of each partner of the JV individually shall not be less than 26% of the average annual turnover as indicated in the eligibility criteria. A running contract with a partial completion period meeting the above eligibility criteria as of 31st March 2025 also qualifies the bidder to participate in the tender.
