Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel of SAIL/ TATA / RINL (VIZAG) make including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated basing on the standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only. Wastage if any, including weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing brick work with Fly Ash Bricks(25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm) having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar (1:4) including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C.(a) Foundation

16mm cement plaster on internal smooth side of RCC/brick surfaces with cement mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

12mm cement plaster on external RCC/brick surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

6 mm cement plaster on RCC surfaces at ceiling/slab soffit and other locations with cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

Supplying, fitting and fixing vetrified tiles of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to IS 13756 of size 600mm x 600mm Color / Printed series (Homogenous) of approved make (JOHNSON /OASIS / SOMANY or equivalent ) in floors on 20mm thick bed of C.M. (1:4) (1cement:4course sand) and filling the joint with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tile including cost of all materials, labour, labour cess, T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing, fitting, fixing vitrified tiles of premium grade having thickness 8mm to 10mm confirming to IS 13756 of size 600mm x 600mm Color / Printed series (Homogenous) of approved make (JOHNSON /OASIS / SOMANY or equivalent ) as directed by Engineer-in-charge in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing etc. complete with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials all labour,labour cess complete in all respects.

Supplying and fixing in floor, tread, steps and landing with Anti-skid Ceramic Floor tiles of special plain/printed series of premium grade having thickness 7mm to 8mm confirming to IS 13755 and of size 300mm x 300mm / 400mm x 400mm of approved make (JOHNSON /OASIS / SOMANY/ KAJARIA or equivalent ), laid over 20mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:4) (1cement:4course sand)and filling the joint with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tile including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, all labour, hire and running charges of all machineries,labour cess, T&P sundries complete as per specifiction and direction of Engineer-in-Charges.

Providing and Fixing of WPC Door Frames with Rebate cuts and Finished cross section size 125mm x 63mm,including cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, taxes, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, watering and curing, T&P, etc.Complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 30mm thick Flush door shutter with hinges,tower bolt,handle, stainless steel screws etc Including the cost of all materials, hardware fittings, cost of all labour, conveyance,taxes, loading, unloading, T&P, etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed window screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. with 5mm Clear soft coating glass saint gobain ST-167 upto 1.50 m in height dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel. Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. grills of approved design to be fixed in RCC columns / Brick works shall be made of MS angles and MS square bars and MS plates of required sizes with necessary welded clamps fixed in position to proper plumb including a coat of primer of approved quality metallic primer, making holes in walls or RCC Columns and grouting clamps with c.c(1:2:4) with 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips, making good to damages of walls/ RCC columns including cost of all materials with taxes, transportation, all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge in all floors. ( Weight to be measured before fixing)

Providing & Applying priming coat with Cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on plaster surface as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge at all elevations including all material & labour complete.

Providing and applying to outside walls with two or more coats of Anti-Fungal Weather coat water proofing paint including scaffolding and cleaning the surface before application of approved colour and manufacture as per specification, instruction of Engineer-In-Charge at all elevations including all material labour complete.

Finishing plastered surfaces of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finishing the surface smooth and even by sand papering to receive painting in walls, at all heights with staging wherever necessary with cost, conveyance, cost of all labour,labourcess, all T&P etc. required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with plastic emulsion paint over a coat of water bond cement primer to make an even finished surface in all floors and heights to wall surface of approved make and shade including sand papering, applying putty wherever necessary & cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost, conveyance, cost of all labour,labour cess, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand Asian / Berger make (Apex Ultima quality) and manufacture on concrete /Steel work (Grill and Gate) as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge at all elevations including all material & labour complete.
