Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying in position machine batched , machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix cement concrete of M-20 Including the cost of Centering and Shuttering (minimum cement content not less than 403Kg/Cum) grade in reinforced cement concrete structural elements using black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including mixing and compacting to proper shape and size, level and plumbs and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth including the cost of all materials, cost of labour, conveyance,loading, unloading, royalties, watering and curing for the required period, T&P , hire & running charges of concrete mixer and vibrator, cost of Admixtures in recommended proportions ( as per IS 9103 ) to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge but excluding the cost of steel reinforcement.(a) Foundation and Footing

Cutting, straightening coiled or bent up M.S. Rod or tor steel of SAIL/ TATA / RINL (VIZAG) make including bending, binding, welding and joining if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position as required for R.C.C. Work and for providing fan hooks as required, hoisting, lowering, laying including cost, conveyances, taxes of M.S. Rod or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour required for the work for bending, binding and tying the grills in all floors (Linear measurement will be taken and quantity will be calculated basing on the standard weight of B.I.S. for M.S. Rods or tor steel only. Wastage if any, including weight of binding wire will not be considered for measurement) etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete(1:2:4) using 12mm.size C.B. chips including all cost etc complete

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P and providing brick work with Fly Ash Bricks(25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm) having crushing strength not less than 75kg/cm² with dimensional tolerance ± 8 percent in cement mortar (1:4) including watering, curing, conveyance of all materials to worksite, payment of royalty, taxes etc all complete as per specification and direction of the E.I.C (a) Foundation

16mm cement plaster on internal smooth side of RCC/brick surfaces with cement mortar of mix 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

6 mm cement plaster on RCC surfaces at ceiling/slab soffit and other locations with cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including necessary scaffolding, curing etc. all complete at all floors and all heights.

Excavation of any approved type soil in borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil within 5 kms lead on properly prepared and approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 30.00cm layers with cost of labour,transportation charges,T & P,royalty and cess etc.complete as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge.

providing and laying heavy duty factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted pre cast inter locking tuff stone brand pavers of 80mm thick coral shaped preparation of subbase with 50mm sand and levelling and laying of interlocking paver biock with sand binding and final compacting with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of biocking at the edges with all lobour ,material,sundries,T&P required .
