Random Rubble H.G. stone Masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

RCC work of grade M-20 having a minimum compressive strength in work test of 200Kg/cm2 in 15cm cubes at 28days after mixing and tests conducted using 10mm to 20mm size (20mm not to exceed 25 percent) crusher black broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering and laying concrete by using vibrators watering and curing for four weeks centering and shuttering and finishing the exposed surface smooth to receive painting or white or clour wasing providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance, taxes and royalties of all materials and labour required for the work etc, complete with all T&P and cess in all respect but execluding cost of reinforcement MS rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 guage and labour charges etc, complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work with cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire wastage, lapping if any will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Fly ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Superstructure using Fly ash brick of 25 cm X 12 cm X 8 cm size having a crushing strength not less than 75kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & curbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all taxes & royalties with all T&P & cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

6mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) to ceilling of roof lintel and chajjas after chipping and chiselling the same and clearing the surface by wire brush finished smooth watering and curing for 7 days including cost,conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P & Cess required for the work with taxes and royality etc complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying , Fitting and fixing of GI doors, GI windows and GI grill ventilator including cost conveyance & taxes of all materiasl & labour with T&P & Cess in all respect as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

20mm (3/4") thick grading plaster with cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab after chipping and chiseling the same and cleaning surface by wire brushing laid to proper slope finsihed smooth to receive tarfelt tratment watering and curing including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P and cess required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc, complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm & filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials labour and T&P and cess etc, required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing Vetrifed Tile in Dados of premium grade having thickness of 8 mm to 10 mm confirming IS 4457 of size 300 mm X 300 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm & filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials labour and T&P and cess etc, required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing vetrified Industrial tile in floors of size 600mm x 600mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm & filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials labour and T&P and cess etc, required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying,fitting & fixing Vetrifed Industrial Tile in Dados of premium grade having thickness of 8 mm to 10 mm confirming IS 4457 of size 300 mm X 300 mm of approved make with application of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhesive bed of required thickness of 10mm & filling joints with epoxy grout of approved quality including cost of all materials labour and T&P and cess etc, required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting two coats with plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls surface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with CESS etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing walls with water proofing Weather coat of approved shade on new work two coats over a coat of Water bound primer to give an even shade inculding cost of paint.

Painting two coats with any approved paint over a coat of priming to Iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with cess etc, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
