Construction of embankment and earthen shoulder using approved materilas obtained from borrowpits including cost of earth and royalty with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope, camber as per requirement and watering, compacting by using vibtratory roller to meet required density etc. complete as per Clause 401 of technical specification for road and bridge works MRT&H (5th Revision) complete as per the direction of EIC.

Flank Dressing to proper profile of the road with proper chambering and removal of foreign materials and making ready for further layer includinf cost of all labour and T&P for the work to complete the work in all respect as directed by EIC.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing close graded materials, (Grading-III), spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density complete as per Clause-401 of MoRT&H (5th revision) and as per direction of EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS-383 the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, aggregate cement ratio not to be exceeded 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1. cement content not to be less than 150kg/Cum. Optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, contrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher placement to site, compaction with vibratory roller/PRR, finishing and curing etc completed with cost conveyance and of all materials Hire and running charges machineries and cost of all labour, T&P etc. completed as per the direction of EIC.

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed (at expansion and construction joint only) plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement (M30 grade) concrete with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropirate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete the with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints with admixtures and curing of concrete slab for 14 days, curing compound as approved by EIC. complete in all respect as per clause no:1501 of MORD and as per direction of EIC.

Reinforced cement concrete M15grade Ordinary Kilometre Stone of standard design as per IRC:8-1980, fixing in position including painting and printing etc.as directed by EIC.

Printing New Letters and figures of any shade with synthetic enamel paint black or any other approved color to give an even shade etc complete as per the direction of EIC.

C.C of prop (1:3:6) in foundation using 40mm size broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including shuttering & cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work etc. as per direction of EIC.

Providing Cement concrete M 15 Levelling coarse with 40 mm CHBG Metal and 20mm down grade size C.B.G.chips of approved quarry and quality as per approved drawing and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including cost, conveyance, royalty of all materials watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required to complete the work etc. as per direction of EIC. Supplying, Providing, fixing weep holes in Brick masonry/ plain / reinforced concrete abutments / return walls with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of one vertical : 20 horizontal towards drainage face completeas per drawings and as per section 2200, 2700 ( Clause 2706) of technical specifications for Road & Bridge works MoRT&H (5th revision) & as per direction of EIC

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work over a coat of primer to give an even shade over masonry surface including cost of paint including cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials, T&P, labour required for the work etc. Complete as directed by EIC.
