12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster (1:6) for finished smooth to masonry surface of brick walls after racking out the joints including watering and curing etc. comp. with cost conveyance, royalty of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P scaffolding required for the work complete as per the direction of EIC.

2.5 Cm. (1") thick A.S. flooring with C.C. (1:2:4) including punning using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips in ground floor and after chipping and chiseling the top of floor slabs in upper floor laid to proper slope including rounding of corners, watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and cost of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per the specification & direction of EIC.

2.5cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting and laying concrete,watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalities of all materials, cost of all labour, T & P required for the work etc.required to complete as per direction of EIC.

Supplying all materials, labour, T&P for fitting & fixing and laying 25mm dia PVC pipes (Sch-80) and fittings including supply of all jointing materials like gaskets, adhesive, solvent cement etc. and fixing to walls with supply of wooden plugs and nails, bobbins, clamps including earth work in all kind of soil and rock and refilling the trenches including scaffolding, testing etc. as per direction of EIC. (1:2:4) in foundation and all floors using 12mm size hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering, laying concrete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, watering and curing and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc. comp as per direction of EIC.

Closed deep chipping and cleaning to RCC surface for receiving cement concrete including cost of all labour,T & P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of EIC.
