The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 171.03 Lakh (20% of estimated cost put to tender) - Two similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 213.78 Lakh (25% of estimated cost put to tender) - One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than Rs. 342.05 Lakh (40% of estimated cost put to tender) The bidder should have substantially completed 90% of the value of works of similar nature in the last Five (5) years. The value of completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should have experience in civil engineering construction works, specifically in works such as laying of pipes/ HDPE/ MDPE pipes OR repairs/ maintenance/ construction of culverts over nullah or Desilting of Major/ Minor Nallas/ underground SWDs/ River/ Lake/ Pond OR Any type of excavation work in MC/ Semi Govt./ Govt. & Public Sector Organizations. The agreement should have been executed from the financial year 2020-21 onwards to be considered for similar nature of works.
