The bidder should have satisfactorily completed not less than 80% of the original contract value of similar works during the last five financial years. The details of these works, including agreement value, executed value, and percentage of work completed, should be provided. Specifically, the bidder should have completed similar works with the following details: - Agreement value - Executed value - Percentage of work completed The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work, such as Concrete/Masonry Dam/Barrage/Spillway, with a value of not less than Rs. 8.00 Crore at the FY 2024-25 price level in the last five years. The work should be completed to at least 80% of the original contract value if it is incomplete. Additionally, the bidder should have executed major items of works, including: - Cement Concrete of all grades: 11,334 Cum - Earthwork (Excavation in AKS/D.I/HR & Filling): 1,14,965 Cum - Steel reinforcement: 11,334 Qntl - Steel Liner: 2508 Sqm - Bored cast-in-situ pile: 453 Rmt These quantities represent the sum total of similar items in all the works executed in one financial year. The bidder should also have achieved a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 90.00 Crore at the 2024-25 price level in any one financial year during the last five years. Experience Certificate issued by the Executive Engineer to State / central PSUs and Experience Certificates issued by the State / central PSUs to their Sub-Contractor, shall be taken into consideration, while examining the qualifying criteria. The Experience Certificate issued by the State / central PSUs must carry counter signature of the concerned Engineer-in-Charge not below the rank of Executive Engineer. Available bid capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (A*N*2 - B), where, A = Maximum value of works executed in any one financial year during the last five years (updated to the current price level). B = Value at Current Price Level of the existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 04 months. N = Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the bids are invited (04/12 years) Bidders will be qualified only if their available bid capacity at the time of bidding is more than the total estimated cost of the work (i.e. Rs. 20.00 Crores).
