Earth work for ordinary Compaction by P.RR per day hire and running charges of all the machineries complete as per direction of Enginer-in-charge (measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section)

Collecting, supplying & stacking moorum and sand and then conveying from stacks & admixing moorum & sand in (60:40) ratio with all labours, T & P etc. complete then laying sub-base in layers not exceeding 100mm watering & compaction to required density with PRR Including cost of all materials, carriage, royalty & all Labour charges etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing , laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premix the materials mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to the work site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on the well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause- 406 of MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision) including all cost, carriage royalty & taxes etc. complete in all respects as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ of 0.60kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause-502 of MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing & applying Tack coat on prepared surface with bitumen emulsion as per techniacl specification and as per Clause -503 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 504 of MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Providing and applying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregate specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRTH Specification for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision).

Collecting, supplying and spreading good quality graded moorum for laying as sub-base on road surface in layers not exceeding 100mm, watering and compacting to the required density in OMC with PRR and all other labour charges & hire charges of machineries including cost, conveyance, royalty, all labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing and turfing with dub grass with two extra lead over the initial lead of 50m lead & two extra lift over the initial lift of 1.5m including ramming, watering till the green growth of grass with all labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in ordinary soil including dressing & levelling the bed & depositing the soil within initial lead of 50m & initial lift of 1.50m and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand including watering and ramming etc. complete with all cost of materials and labour etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement Concrete M-15 using 40mm & down graded size hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates from approved quarry with all leads lifts & delifts, including cost of carriage, royalty, screening and washing etc. of all materials, dewatering mixing & vibrating by mechanical means including supply of all tools and plants labour with cost, carriage of water , curing and construction and removal of cofferdam and gangway if required & supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid and smooth centring and shuttering for concrete work including dismantling the same then after casting including cost. Conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete confirming to M 15 grade in approved surface using 20mm & down graded black hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates from approved quarry free from weargered skin surface dust & any other deleterious materials of approved grading including supply of clean sharp sand of approved quality in canal structure as per approved design., drawings and specifications with all leads lift and delifts, including cost of carriage, royalty, screening and washing etc of all materials, dewatering mixing & vibrating by mechanical means including supply of all tools and plants labour with cost, carriage of water, curing and construction & removal of Cofferdam and gangway if required & supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. work of M-20 grade with crusher broken granite chips 20mm & down graded of approved quality mixing by concrete mixer and placing manually / mechanically, compacting with vibrator including cost of all materials, labour and transportation etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep holes in Brick massonry/ plain/ RCC abutment and wing walls/return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe clamped at one end with cement mortar extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing force as per approved design, drawing and specification including metal spall backing in rear complete including centring & shuttering with cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of all materials, T&P labour and supervision charges with all leads, lifts & delifts etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, supplying, laying & fixing in position of RCC spun pipes NP-3 150mm dia for including colar joint with cement mortar (1:3) including all cost carriage of material with all labour charges T & P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Collecting, supplying, laying & fixing in position of RCC spun pipes NP-3 300mm dia for including colar joint with cement mortar (1:3) including all cost carriage of material with all labour charges T & P etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth, watered and rammed including cost, carriage and royalty etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

The item rates indicated aove work inclusive of cost of all labour, materials,conveyence,taxes and royality(with EMF,DMF and additional charges) of materials,labour cess,here and running charges of all machineries and equipments and other incidental charges so as to complete the item in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Accordingly the bidder has to quote the rates.The rate are exclusive of GST as applicable.
