The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Two similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 276.52 Lakh (25% of estimated cost put to tender) - One similar completed work of value equal and or not less than Rs. 442.43 Lakh (40% of estimated cost put to tender) - A value of Rs. 221.21 Lakh (20% of estimated cost put to tender) is also mentioned as a requirement. Alternatively, the bidder should have: - Three similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 221.21 Lakh (20% of estimated cost put to tender) - Two similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 276.52 Lakh (25% of estimated cost put to tender) - One similar completed work of value equal and or not less than Rs. 442.43 Lakh (40% of estimated cost put to tender) The bidder should have substantially completed 90% of the value of works of similar nature in the last Five (5) years. One similar completed work of value equal to or not less than Rs. 442.43 Lakh (40% of estimated cost put to tender) is also required. The value of completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum, and agreements executed from the financial year 2020-21 onwards will be considered for similar nature of works.
