Collecting, supplying & stacking goood quality of moorum & sand in regular box heap of size of 1.50mx1.50mx0.50m to be measured as one cumand admixing moorum & sand in (60:40) proportion and spreading in canal slope for CNS layers not exceeding 100mm thick watering & compacting to the required density in OMC by manual or mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes etc and all other labour chargeshire charges of machinaries etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting & supplying 20 mm downgraded hard granite chips from approved quarry & spreading in horigontal filter drains & filter blankets of canal to proper thickness including cost, carriage, royalty, cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Collecting & supplying 40mm to 20 mm downgraded hard granite chips from approved quarry & spreading in horigontal filter drains & filter blankets of canal to proper thickness including cost, carriage, royalty, cess etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing & laying cement concrete confirming to M 15 grade in approved surface using 40mm & down graded size hard granite crusher broken stone aggregates from approved quarry free from weargered skin surface dust & any other deleterious materials of approved grading including supply of clean sharp sand of approved quality in canal structure as per approved design., drawings and specifications with all leads lift and delifts, including cost of carriage, royalty, screening and washing etc. of all materials, dewatering mixing & vibrating by space vibrator including supply of all tools and plants labour with cost, carriage of water curing and construction & removal of Cofferdam and gangway if required & supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying RCC / PCC M-20 grade in approved surface using 20mm and down graded black granite crusher broken stone aggregates from approved quarry, free from weathered skin surface dust and any other deleterious materials, including supply of clean sharp sand of approved quality in canal structures as per approved design, drawing and specification with all leads, lifts & delifts including cost, carriage, royalties and taxes of all materials, screening and washing etc. of all materials, dewatering, mixing and vibrating by mechanical means including supply of all tools and plants labour with cost, carriage of water for curing and construction and removal of coffer dam and gangway if required, and supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete M 15 for cement concrete lining work with 20 mm down graded hard granite crusher broken aggregates including mixing in concrete mixture hoisting and laying concrete in approved surface for lining to the slope of panels using concrete paver finisher, compaction by vibration of concrete by space vibrator including trimming and dressing of canal bed and slopes including cutting trenches for sleeper beam, keys and drainage etc including necessary formwork with watering and compaction of slopes and bed with hand rammers to proper profile complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying cement concrete M 15 for concrete lining with 20 mm down graded granite coarse aggregates including mixing in concrete mixer, hoisting & laying concrete for lining to the bed of canal with sleeper beams, keys etc. in pannels including compaction by vibration of concrete by space vibrator including trimming and dressing of canal bed including cutting trenches for sleeper beam, keys and drainage etc including necessary formwork with watering and compaction of slopes and bed with hand rammers to proper profile complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position the reinforcement including lapping or welding where necessary, including cost, carriage and taxes of tested, reinforcing bars, binding wires with all leads, lifts and delifts, cost of all labour, including mobiliseltion and demobilisation, supplying, running and maintenance of all machineries and equipments necessary for the work with all incidental charges including cost of lap bars, chairs etc. to complete the item of work as per approved designs, drawing and specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Rigid & smooth centering shuttering for PCC/RCC work including false work if necessary & dismantling then after casting including cost of all materials and T.& P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of weep holes in Brick massonry/ plain/ RCC abutment and wing walls/return wall with 100mm dia AC pipe clamped at both end with cement mortar extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing force as per approved design, drawing and specifications including metal spall backing in rear complete including centering & shuttering with cost, carriage, royalty, taxes of all materials, T & P, labour & supervision charges with all leads, lifts and delifts etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting, supplying and fixing the 110 mm dia perforated drainage PVC pipe (minimum 60 perforation per meter length of pipe) & laying in proper position of longitudinal drain of all materials & labours charges including fitting & fixing in proper position etc. all complete asper the direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, fitting & fixing of PVC pressure relief valve in flat type design with silt protector, rubber flap, metal weight, PVC housing pipe of 110 mm dia having length of 430 mm perforated portion 300 mm) PVC strainer pipe of 90 mm dia will be 300 mm ( perforated portion 250 mm). PVC Housing pipe will have hole of 12 mm and PVC strainer pipe will have hole of 10 mm. One end cap will be provided including fitting and fixing of all materials & labours charges including fitting & fixing in proper position etc. all complete asper the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling bitumen, cement & jute fibre in expansion joint including cost of materials, bitumen & cement propertion (3:1) including cleaning before pouring 12 mm to 25 mm & 15 cm depth including two coats of primer on top of expansion joint including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fine dressing of earthwork in slope of embankment including filling of earth of raincuts & slopes with selected earth and turfing with dub sods of rectagular with two extra lead over the initial lead of 50m lead & two extra lift over the initial lift of 1.5m including ramming, watering till the green growth of grass with all labour charges etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing & fixing of P.V.C. water stop for drainage gallery as per approved design including fixing in proper alignment and joining with araldite etc. including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, coveyance, cess and all other taxes as applicable etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

The item rates indicated aove work inclusive of cost of all labour, materials,conveyence,taxes and royality(with EMF,DMF and additional charges) of materials,labour cess,here and running charges of all machineries and equipments and other incidental charges so as to complete the item in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.Accordingly the bidder has to quote the rates.The rate are exclusive of GST as applicable.
