Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Removing demolished bricks/debris material rocks n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Re-fixing of PVC (SWR)/CI pipes double/Single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

S & F of pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of and colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified as per direction of Engg-in-Charge. Galvalume sheet of Make/Name of Manufacturer: HINDALCO/ JINDAL/ TATA BLUE SCOPE/ EVEREST.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 4. (with modular bricks) including curing etc as per direction of EIC .

M & L for cement plaster ( 1: 4) 12mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including curing etc as per direction of EIC .

M & L for Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered old surfaces on wall and applying one coat of white washing with two coat of cement paint as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

S&F Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, of 1.00mm thick in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 as per direction of Engg-in-Charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones as per the direction of E-in-C.

S & F of rough cast wired glass, 6.4 mm thick and glazing with oil putty and pins/spring/clip in square (Exc 0.75 but n exc 1.00 sq m) as per the direction of E-in-C.

M & L for cleaning of top surfaces of concrete roof with wire brushing and removing existing damaged old water proofing materials of any including flashing and junction of parapets etc. as per direction of E - I - C.

M& L for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per Sq.mt as directed by EIC.

M & L for providing screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick even and smooth surface in cement mortar 1:3 for base water proofing treatment as per direction of Engg-in-Charge .

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/ 450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/ 250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be up to -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane as per direction of Engg-in-Charge . (Test certificate of APP and bitumen primer to be produced separately) APP Membrane of Make/Name of Manufacturer: Super Thermoly of STP Ltd./ MOPLY FP of Texsa India Ltd/IWL India Ltd.

Removing/talking out of existing lightening protection system consisting of 25mmx6mm G I strip and on the asbestos roof top from its fixing point by unscrewing nut, bolt arrangement as required in due care of reuse and refixing the same, the same in repair at the replacement of existing asbestos roof by new galvatume sheet .
