Dismentalling of Damaged Cement Plaster from wall surface and stacking away derbies 50 m away from the work site including cost and conveyance of all materials labours T & P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Applying two coats of distempering to wall surface over one coat of primer with putty after scrapping and cleaning including cost & conveyance of all materials, taxes T& P taxes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.( BERGER/ SALIMAR/ASIAN paints to be used.)

Painting two coats with Plastic Emolsion paint of approved make & shade to wall surface over one coat of primer and putty after scrapping and cleaning the wall surface including sand papering , polishing the surface with cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect (paints & primer of Berger / Asian / JHONSON & Nicolson/Nerolac) as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Providing fitting and fixing of vetrified plain Ivory floor tiles of size (2’.0” x 2’.0”) KAJARIA/ REGENCY/ JOHNSON) or any approved ISI brand to floor not less with 25 mm thick cement slurry C.M..(1:1) with grouting materials of approved quality for fixing including cost, conveyance of all materials, labours T & P hire charges of machine all taxes etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Providing fitting fixing of Ceramic Wall Tiles of (KAJARIA/ NITCO/ JONSON/ GUJURATI) (IS 4457) to dadoo of size (12” x 8”) with 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) with cement slurry including cost of all materials labours T&P hire charges of machine all taxes royalties conveyance etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make to door, window, grill including sand papering , polishing the surface with cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect (paints & primer of Berger / Asian / JHONSON & Nicolson/Nerolac) as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Cutting ,straightening of steel HYSD (Fe- 415) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for1 providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by SAIL/ TATA/ competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

Providing fitting & fixing & laying of 10 mm thick (0.4 to 1.00 Sqm) Granite stone plate with cement mortar (1:1) as base course of 25mm thick (avg)including cost of all materials & labours for fitting & fixing, cutting , grinding, cleaning & polishing with Manson polish to get the glazed and polish surface including all taxes, royalty, hire charges of all machine cost and conveyance of all materials labours all taxes T&P etc all complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

PCC (1:2:4) cement concrete using 12 mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b. granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc compacting to required le vel including cost, conveyance all taxes royalty and cost of all materials and labours T & P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing 12 mm thick cement plaster C.M.(1:4) finished smooth to outside and inside surface with Sika Latex mixed throughly by proportion including slurry treatment and deep chipping to the wall surface by providing bond coat with sika latex as per sika specification including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Providing and applying of two coat of Sika Top Seal-107 water proofing coating compound @ 3Kg/Sqm over terrace/Balconies/Basement on a cleaned dry and properly pre-watted saturated surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, sundries, T & P all labour etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

RCC M/20 having crushing strength of 200 kg/cm2 after 28 days curing as per using 12mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b granite chips 20mm size not exceeding 25% including hoisting lowering laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering curing for 28 days centering shuttering &finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves beads when ever necessary including cost convince taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P hire charges of concrete mixture machine & vibrator machine required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M S rod or tor steel & binding wires & labour charges for cutting bending, binding & tying the grills. As per the direction of Engineer in charge.
