Supplying fitting and fixing of two track UPVC Sliding window of approved make with 6 mm thick glass of approved quality complete with frame shutter and all fitting and fixtures including cost & conveyance of all materials all labour all taxes T& P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting and fixing cutting and cleaning of vitrified plain Ivory 8 to 10 mm thick in daddo/wall of size (60 cm x 60 cm) KAJARIA/REGENCY/ JOHNSON) or any approved ISI brand with using 12 mm thick C.M. (1:3) with neat cement slurry as base coarse for fixing tiles and filling joints with grouting materials of approved quality for fixing including cost, conveyance of all materials, labours T & P hire charges of machine all taxes etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Applying two coats of weather coat seal paint over one coat of primer to the exterior wall surface including curing scaffolding cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour ,T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge (BERGER/ SALIMAR/ASIAN/JOHNSON/Nerolac paints to be used.)

RCC M/20 grade (Counter Slab) having crushing strength of 200 kg/cm2 after 28 days curing as per (IS 456-2000 & IS 516) using 12mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b granite chips 20mm size not exceeding 25% including hoisting lowering laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering curing for 28 days centering shuttering &finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves beads when ever necessary including cost convince taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P hire charges of concrete mixture machine & vibrator machine required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M S rod or tor steel & binding wires & labour charges for cutting bending, binding & tying the grills. As per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling of old damaged cement plaster from the wall surface and stacking away derbisess 50 m away from the work site including cost and conveyance of all materials labours T & P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Applying one coat of wall primer to wall surface with cost, conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Cutting ,straightening of steel HYSD (Fe- 500) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for1 providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by SAIL/ TATA/ competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

Scrapping and cleaning the old paint with scrappers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda water from the wall/ceiling surrface and from M.S. Grill including scafolding charges up to 5 m height including cost and conveyance of all materials labours T & P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removing doors, windows and ventilator including removal of frame, hinges, fastening and stacking the same for reuse and and removing the debries with 50m lead including cost, conveyance of all labours, materials T & P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting & fixing & laying of 20 mm thick (0.40 to 1.00 sqm of size) Granite stone plate with cement mortar (1:1) as base course of 25mm thick (avg) including cost of all materials & labours for fitting & fixing, cutting , grinding, cleaning & polishing with Manson polish to get the glazed and polish surface including all taxes, royalty, hire charges of all machine cost and conveyance of all materials labours all taxes T&P etc all complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of grid mineral fibre ceiling board having size 600 mm x 600 mm x 16mm of approved design and quality complete with frame and all fittings and fixtures including cost, conveyance of all materials, labours T & P hire charges of machine all taxes etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Dismantling and removal of damaged 2.5 cm A.S. Flooring & stacking away derbisess 50 m lead including cost and conveyance of all materials labours T & P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.

Carrage of earth in all kind of soil by mechanical means upto 5km lead and loading in to truck and unloading from truck including dressing the leveling the bed upto the required level and depositing the excavated earth away from the site with all leads and lifts etc all complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Engagement of labour for cleaning of debries including cost of all labour T&P, all taxes etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer charges

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer of approved shade & make etc to old wood work/steel including sand papering , polishing the surface with cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect (paints & primer of Berger / Asian / JHONSON & Nicolson/Nerolac) as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. grill as per approved design including all fabrication (IS 800 and 816) errection in all floors and fixing to wall with PCC (1:2:4) and repair to wall damages including cost & conveyance of all materials all labour all taxes T& P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Applying two coats of distempering to wall surface including cost & conveyance of all materials, taxes T& P taxes etc all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in –charge.( BERGER/ SALIMAR/ASIAN paints to be used.)
