Cutting ,straightening of steel HYSD (Fe- 415) conforming to (IS- 1786) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for1 providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by SAIL/ TATA/ competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

Fly Ash brick masonry work ( IS –2212) in cm (1:6) using Fly ash brick size (10” x 5” x 3”)cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg /cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hour in water before use in Super Structure including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster (IS – 9103) in C.M.(1:6) finished smooth to brick walls after racking out the joints including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

Minor repairing to damaged door & window refixing the same after necessary repair with necessary hard wires and fitting including all taxes, cost and conveyance of all materials labours all taxes T&P etc all complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Supplying, fitting & fixing of M.S. Grill as per approved design including all fabrication (IS 800 and 816) errection in all floors and fixing to wall with PCC (1:2:4) and repair to wall damages including cost & conveyance of all materials all labour all taxes T& P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying fitting and fixing of Aluminum framed sliding windows using aluminum Section 9778 as window frame, sec No. 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5 mm thick black glass fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangements and fixed Glass panels with Aluminum sections of approved size and design including all hard ware fittings cost of all materials all taxes labour T &P, hire charges of machine etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing & fixing false ceiling with Arm strong silhouette main runner, cross tee, wall angle with fine fissured RH-99 board on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw PVC Plug & the Arm strong grid 2'0" x 2'.0" suspended from ceiling etc including all hard ware fittings cost of all materials all taxes labour T &P, hire charges of machine etc complete as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Painting two coats (IS – 2395), with Plastic Emolsion paint of approved make & shade to wall surface over one coat of primer including sand papering , polishing the surface with cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect (paints & primer of Berger / Asian / JHONSON & Nicolson/Nerolac) as per the direction of Engineer in charge

Applying two coats of weather coat (IS -2395) seal paint over one coat of primer the wall surface including curing scaffolding cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour ,T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge (BERGER/ SALIMAR/ASIAN/ JOHNSON/Nerolac paints to be used.)

Painting two coats (IS – 2395) with Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make to door, window, grill including sand papering , polishing the surface with cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect (paints & primer of Berger / Asian / JHONSON & Nicolson/Nerolac) as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in Hard soil including moorum, stony earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks including dressing the leveling the bed up to the required level and depositing the excavated earth away from the site with all leads & lifts including shuttering etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand including watering and ramming including cost & conveyance of all materials, labours, & T & P all taxes royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.

PCC (1:3:6) in foundation/floor bed concrete using 40 mm & below size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all taxes royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

PCC (1:2:4) cement concrete using 12 mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b. granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc compacting to required le vel including cost, conveyance all taxes royalty and cost of all materials and labours T & P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc. with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materilas, labour, T&P etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Providing fitting & fixing & laying of 10 mm to 20 mm thick Granite stone plate (0.4 to 1.00 sqm) with 25 mm thick cement mortar (1:1) with cement slurry including cost of all materials & labours for fitting & fixing, cutting , grinding, cleaning & polishing with Manson polish to get the glazed and polish surface including all taxes, royalty, hire charges of all machine cost and conveyance of all materials labours all taxes T&P etc all complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting fixing cutting & cleaning of Ceramic Wall Tiles of (KAJARIA/ NITCO/ JONSON/ GUJURATI) (IS 4457) to wall of size (12” x 8”) with 12mm thick cement mortar (1:3) with cement slurry including cost of all materials labours T&P hire charges of machine all taxes royalties conveyance etc all completes in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.
