a) RCC M/20 Column Base

PCC (1:3:6) in foundation/floor bed concrete using 40 mm & below size b.h.c.b granite stone metal of approved quality from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering ramming &curing etc compacting to required level laid in layers not exceeding 4’’ thick including cost conveyance all taxes royalty &cost of all material & labours T&P required for the works etc complete in all respects as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Applying two coats of weather coat seal paint over one coat of primer to the exterior wall surface including curing scaffolding cost, conveyance royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour ,T&P etc required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge (BERGER/ SALIMAR/ASIAN/JOHNSON/Nerolac paints to be used.)

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand including watering and ramming including cost & conveyance of all materials, labours, & T & P all taxes royalty etc complete in all respect as per direction of engineer in charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry work in cm (1:6) using Fly ash brick size (25 x 12 x 8)cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg /cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hour in water before use in Super structure including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry work in cm (1:6) using Fly ash brick size (25 x 12 x 8)cm having minimum crushing strength not less than 75 kg /cm2 after immersing the bricks for six hour in water before use in Foundation and plinth including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with Synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over one coat primer to new wood work/steel including sand papering , polishing the surface with cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P brush& scaffolding charges etc . required for the work complete in all respect (paints & primer of Berger / Asian / JHONSON & Nicolson/Nerolac) as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Welding of roads (30mm dia M.S. Roads) to proper specification and strength including cutting and shaping the ends to receive the welding materials and cutting to proper sizes including cost ,conveyance , taxes of all materials ,labour, T&P required for the work complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Brick masonry work in cm (1:6) by reusing brick size (25 x 12 x 8)cm having collecting good quality brick from dismenteled brick work in foundation and plinth including splays cutting & circular molding hoisting watering curing etc with cost conveyance taxes royalty of all materials & cost of all labours T&P for the work in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Earth work in all kind of soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including cost, conveyance of all materials, labours etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

b) RCC M/20 Column Super structure

Cutting ,straightening of steel HYSD (Fe- 500) with bending, binding, cranking, hooking, welding or jointing if necessary & tying the grills and placing in position as required for the Rod work in all floors and & for1 providing fan hooks hosting lowering ,& laying steels including cost conveyance ,taxes & royalties of all materials and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc. Complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges ( payment will be made on weight of MS rod or tersteel only basing on the co- efficient of MS rod or tor steel bars approved by SAIL/ TATA/ competent authority and (No separate payment will be made towards the cost of binding wires over lapping, wastage, coupling, welded, joints , spacer bars, ,chairs stays, hangers and annealed steel wires or other methods for binding and placing etc.)

Cleaning and grubbing the road land by uprooting small trees and earth heaps and other derbisess including cost and conveyance of all materials labours T & P etc required for the work as per direction of engineer in charge.

12 mm thick cement plaster in C.M.(1:6) finished smooth to brick walls including watering curing with cost conveyance taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in charges

RCC M/20 grade having crushing strength of 200 kg/cm2 after 28 days curing as per (IS 456-2000 & IS 516) using 12mm to 20 mm size b.h.c.b granite chips 20mm size not exceeding 25% including hoisting lowering laying concrete and compacting by using vibrators watering curing for 28 days centering shuttering &finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves beads when ever necessary including cost convince taxes & royalty of all materials & cost of all labour T&P hire charges of concrete mixture machine & vibrator machine required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M S rod or tor steel & binding wires & labour charges for cutting bending, binding & tying the grills. As per the direction of Engineer in charge.
