Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) in foundation and floors using 12 mm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone Chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry using Fly Ash. bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Cm. in cement mortar of mix( 1:6) with screened & washed sand for mortar after immersing the bricks for 6 (Six) hours in water before use in Foundation & Plinth including splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering and similar such type of works, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry using Fly Ash. bricks of size 25 cm. x 12 cm. x 8 cm. having crushing strength not less than 75 kg. Per. Sqr. Providing 16mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in all floors at all height with cement mortar of mix (1:6) with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and finished smooth to the rough surface of brick masonry walls after racking out joints including watering and curing rounding of corners etc. complete with cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P, sundries and scaffolding required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing fitting, laying and fixing Glass Mosaic Tiles of Size 20mm x 20mm with special plane / printed series of approved quality of Kajaria or equivalent in all floors on 25mm thick cement and sand mortar in ( 1:4) and joined with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing , watering and curing etc including cost conveyance of all materials and cost, conveyance,taxes of all labour with T&P required etc. complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing 20mm thick and above 0.40 Sqm size granite tile flooring of approved quality, colour and size in floors, treads on steps and landings in all floors at all height on 25mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:1) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with neat white cement slurry jointing the tile with neat white cement slurry mixed with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the granite tile if required watering and curing for 21 days, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work including rubbing mechanically and wax polishing etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing 20mm thick and above 0.40 Sqm size granite in dadoos of approved quality, colour and size in all floors at all height on 12mm thick bed of cement mortar of mix (1:3) laid in proper slope and gradient with screened and washed sharp sand for mortar and grouted with neat white cement slurry jointing the tile with neat white cement slurry mixed with required quantities of pigments of approved marks to match the shades of the granite tile if required watering and curing for 21 days, including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P etc. complete as per the direction of the EIC

Providing edge moulding to 16mm to 18 mm thick granite stone/Kota stone counters, Vanities, steps etc., including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish including making three nos of groove over tread etc. complete including cost, conveyance, loading and unloading and royality of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P, scaffolding etc. required for the work and complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Wall painting two coats with 100% Acrylic emulsion paint (1st quality) exterior grade (weather coat) of approved make & shade manufactured by reputed manufacture like NEROLAC /ASIAN /BERGER /DULOX or equivalent to make an even finished surface over a coat of primer with water bond cement primer in all heights with all scaffolding and staging charges including cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over Iron Works as per approved shade of approved quality over one coat of primer, sand papering, polishing the surface including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, scaffolding etc. as required for the work complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The paints and primer are to be approved before procurement and use)

Providing Tata square or circular structural steel work welded in built up sections, tubular trusses and framed work including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position including cost, conveyance, loading /unloading, royalties of all materials , all labour cost , sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of the E.I.C .

Supplying, fitting and fixing of color coated trapezoidal sheet TRIMDEK 1015 profile sheet from TATA BLUESCOPE STEEL or any approved equivalent. The base metal sheet of 0.45mm thick. High Tensile steel with minimum 550MPa yield strength, metallic hot dip coated with aluminum zinc alloy of 55% aluminum 45% Zinc as per AS 1397 – Zincalume® AZ 150 (minimum 150grams as per square meters, total on both sides) with COLORBOND® - Polyester Based quality Paint conforming to AS/NZS 2728 class 3. The paint shall have a total coating thickness of nominal 35 micron (Nominal 20micron exterior coat on top surface and nominal primer coat) on both surfaces with approved color shade etc. complete. Accessories – Fasteners: The steel sheet shall be fastened with min.40Pm zinc coated or min 20Pm Zinc-Tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566 class 3 fasteners of approved make (Buildex of equivalent) with EPDM washer on each crest of sheet for connecting with purlin (or as per design) perpendicular to the sheeting and in the center of the corrugation of rib including cost of all materials, labour sundries, T & P and transportation complete in all respect as per design and drawing as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Supplying and laying of heavy duty factory made hydraulically pressed and mechanically compacted free cast interlocking TUFF STONE brand pavers of 60mm thick , coral shaped preparation of sub base with 50mm sand and leveling,laying of interlocking paver block with sand binding and final compaction with plate vibrator finishing the surface including cutting of blocks at the edges with all labour and materials etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-chrge.

Supplying & fitting fixing of FRP Decorative Dustbin of Height 2'6" to 3'0" made of Resin , Accelerator , Catalyst , Glass fiber mat / powder etc. including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting and fixing of M.S grills, grill gates with top and bottom rails, steel windows, steel doors, steel frames for doors and windows, staircase and parapet railing ( as per I.S. specification and as per approved drawings ) in proper position in all floors and at all height including making holes to brick walls/ R.C.C structure/wood work etc. and making good to the damaged walls/ structures with cement concrete (1:2:4) with black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of 12mm to 20mm size ( 20mm size not to exceeds 25% ) including cost, conveyance, loading /unloading, royalties of all materials , all labour cost , sundries, T & P etc. complete as per the direction of the E.I.C .

Supplying of all materials & Installation of "Two stage Water Fountain" with 8' 0" dia pool and having 3' 0" height water effect using 050 HP single phase submerssible open well pump , 01 no of multi colour 12 watt LED light , cabling for pump sets / light upto 10mtrs distance with suitable pannel board etc. including cost of all materials , all labour cost , sundries T&P etc. but excluding the cost of Civil works for pool etc. complete in all respect as per the direction of E.I.C .
